I want to use the theme on a new domain I purchased, in a new WordPress installation. I had it previously activated on another WordPress staging site, which was mainly just sitting there, unpublished. I unregistered the theme on the staging WordPress Site (which I don’t want to rename at the moment) and tried to register it on the new WordPress Installation with the new domain name. However, I’m always getting an error message, that I’m exceeding the maximum number of activations. On your help pages it says to write an e-mail to your team to unlock it, but my support has expired. How do I proceed, does the deregistering process take a while after hitting the deregister product button or is it supposed to take immediate effect?

Hi – I am about to install another uncode site. Before I buy another Uncode license, I wanted to clarify if Uncode causes problems with a WP multisite installation. After the multisite configuration the following warning appears: “The free version of Related Posts for WordPress doesn’t support WordPress Multisite/Network! Buy the premium version or disable the plugin.” Thanks for your feedback!
Hi Pirhanja18! No we have lot of users with multisite installations, probably you have this error since you have the Related Posts for WordPress installed. This plugin is no more part of Uncode and the alert notify you that the free version is not working for multisite. In a few words, this notice is relative to a plugin that is even no more part of Uncode.
Thanks for the advice. It seems that the plugin named “Uncode Related Posts for WordPress (1.9.3)” was not properly uninstalled during an Uncode upgrade.

You need to set the Layout Under the image ( https://undsgn.d.pr/QSwGjB ), activate the caption, title or description element ( https://undsgn.d.pr/RnGIVc ), and obviously insert these data in the image in the Media Library (plus you can also active inside the lightbox).

Yes, you can have Album Galleries but not with lazy load, sorry.
so if i have 100 albums and each albums have 20 pics ? wht exactly will happen? all 100 images of 100 albums will load at once ? and when i click on any 1 single image. will that load 20 images inside of that album? or 100 into 20 = 2000 images will load together??? i’m just confused

I can see a few people asking about ACF support. I can see that you have a very basic custom field functionality at the very bottom of each page/post editor in the very last tab.
a) this is ok for me, but I cannot expect my less web-savvy clients to remember to complete this field with each new post (custom fields are important for our content type)
b) it seems that only your native custom fields can be pulled into the grid modules. That’s rather limiting.
Proper ACF support would be sooooo excellent.

Hi nadworks! OK I’m going to head this but we don’t even advertise a different use more advanced or full compatibility with ACF. When it comes to custom field every user has his needs, who needs a text, who needs a numerical value, who needs an image, etc, etc. So it’s not even easy to create a system that works for everyone, and right now we left this into customisations territory! Of course we have this in our list but for the next big update we gave precedence to other features (for example this time we made a poll among our Facebook users, and we are following this). Anyway, we are open to any suggestions!

Regarding improvements, is there an ideas board or feature requests forum other than the FB page? Just wondering because my angle is very much UX and the hand-over from a designer/developer to a client. I’ve noticed that many issues my clients are reporting have to do with a lack of intuitive UI in Uncode.
An example would be the total liance on “wording” rather than visual aids. I.e colours within the palette are named rather than shown as swatches. Because of the vast amount of customisations (which is great) all being shown in tables with text labels, rather than – wherever possible – with a bit of a visual prompt.
I’ve been using the BRIX builder (an amazingly well designed backend) and ThemePunch tools. They are all slightly more haptic in their UX. This is kind-of what I’m missing with Uncode and a reason why I’d struggle to hand a website over to a client. They would be massively stretched to amouvre their way around the backend even for simpler tasks.

I know, and I have already listed it in the plugin but the problem remain. Now I disabled WP Fastet Cache and ShotPixel and it seems the problem disappeared.

Hi waynep16! First of all please note that if this is a bug of the theme, here you should see thousand of similar messages. Moreover, a theme doesn’t broke itself, so probably, since this issue is limited to your installation only, and it happens after a certain amount of time, it is probably related to something you have installed. Note also that support expiration is not something we have invented for Uncode, but it’s one of the ThemeForest policies you have accepted, by the way I can’t think of a single product where the warranty is lifetime. Anyway, it’s not possible to help from a single screenshot if no user reported the same and everything is working like a charm in our demo, at least share the URL of your site.

Hi, I am trying to achieve the same result as the Blog Wide example (https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/blog-wide/). There, the image is always perfectly sized to fit the content right next to it. I’ve tried changing the content (using Inspect, I change the text to more/less text), and the image height changes on the fly. How can I achieve this? Which setting should I use? I am creating a custom page with the “Posts” block. Can I use one of the options there? Remarkably, when I import the demo pages and go to the “Blog Wide” on my own website, the image doesn’t scale, so I can’t check the settings to achieve the same…
Another question I am currently facing, I want to add a big header to my blog overview page. I created a custom content block, set it as header to my blog overview page, but it is shown inside a black box. So it’s not full width (I set it to full container and full content), but has spacing on top (where the menu is, while it should be transparant menu over the header) and there is black spacing on left and right too. I use a “posts” element with the latest post to show this on top, also like the Blog-Wide example.

Hi, thanks for the fast reply. My second question has been resolved! But for the first question, the header image on top works as expected for the first article highlighted in the header. My question is about the normal posts overview. The image and content is shown lateral, so next to each other, but in the demo the image on the left is exactly the right height to fit the content to the right. I’ll also submit a ticket regarding this.

We have three licenses of Uncode and noticed that version 2.2.6 has an issue with Dynamic Heading Text in Content Blocks. When “Get the Title” is selected, the Excerpt also displays.
