hello, I am planning to buy this theme to make a website about water purification, I am using elementor, can the latest update of the theme use directly with the elementor? Do I have to buy more copyright of the elementor or other Another plugin?

The theme is provided the elementor version that working with Elementor plugin.
The plugins are just bundled with the theme, so, we are not able to re-distribute the licenses to our customers because of the copyright.
So if you want to active plugins, you should buy your own license to do that.

After the update my theme doesn’t work anymore (revolution slider). I open a ticket #2480788 in the support, and they suggest me to edit the slider revolution slider and add images and content again, if it does not work, deactivate theme and after that reactivate it, Let me know what happens.
But today the support license is end but the theme doesn’t work as well. Everything happend after the update you suggest me to do, now how can i fix it?

The issue is caused by the external plugin you are using. I’ve tested and found out that we should turn it off.

If you have purchased the theme successfully, you should receive an invoice from Envato. In additionally, your account should have the Purchased badge while you comment in this section. However, I don’t see anything like that. So, I guess you have paid but the payment process is not successful. In this case, you can contact to your bank to check if they have given the refund.

You can try to use Envato toolkit to update theme.
Also you can download theme from the Download section to manual update if you want.
If you have any custom code, don’t forget make a backup file to keep it safe while updating.

I loved this theme and its design, so I bought it. Now after a few days of struggling with it and put my website for maintenance mode. I see the major problems with the theme. I want to ask you to fix it before my bad rating due to these errors.
1- Please check the plugin zip folder both zipped files addressed the WP-Bakery and there is no Elementor version, I saw above comments a few people complain about this problem and you just copy-pasted: ” After downloading the zip file, you can unzip and find out 2 versions of Renovation, one of them is Elementor”. NO, IT’S NOT PLEASE CHECK THE FOLDERS and replace one of theme with Elementor version. Also, I can not import the Elementor template too. 2- There are 2 essential plugins in this theme which are terminated by developers and removed from WP Repository. SO, Please review the plugin requirements. and fix it. I already appreciated your fast response, because, my website is down for your new version. Thank you

And the plugin Bakery is required in the plugins. I dont want use Bakery, just Elementor. How can I do this ? Thanks
