Hi, After changing the hosting server (PHP/7.2.29) and updated to new WP ver. 5.4.1. The pages are showing blank with headers. Services and home page are just fine. See about page at http://sourceindiacompany.com/about/ and see the content added in backend at http://sourceindiacompany.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/error.png. Please help me. Kindly help. I think it’s a small issue.

You are currently using a very old version of Enfold, 3.8.4 which is not compatible with your PHP and WP versions.
Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.7.5 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp and then register your theme – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token so you would receive future updates from WP dashboard.

Actually, I just purchased my third Enfold theme and this new one does not even have the Gravity Forms plugin. The details about the theme says its included. How do I get the latest version? This is important for my client’s website, please advise.

In the theme options I get the message that Attention: The old Envato API is deprecated and will be shut down soon. In order to be able to use automated theme updates please generate a new valid API token and enter it above. Your themeforest username and your old API key will then be removed from your installation since they are no longer required. Where do I get the new API? And further in the footer of the site I get the link to the Theme, how can I remove that? My site URL is http://www.theeducators.co/

Please firstly update Enfold to the latest version 4.7.5 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp and then generate Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token to receive future updates. We have implemented the changed made in Envato API in Enfold 4.5 therefore all older versions need manual updating.

I have the latest enfold, but now even the desktop site have problem.

Have you enabled CSS and JS file merging and compression in Enfold theme options > Performance tab? If you have, please disable them and then check “Delete old CSS and JS files” option at the bottom of the page and save. Flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times.
That should correct the issue and after that you can enable file merging once again.

Are you sure you have logged in on the account you purchased Enfold? I cannot see “purchased” badge on your comment so I believe you might have purchased with another account.
If you are sure you have purchased with this account, please contact Envato support. Since purchase and download processes are managed by them, they should be able to help you better

Which version of the theme are you using? If you are using a version older than 4.5, you would need to manually update the theme via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp. Envato has updated their API and we have implement those changes in Enfold 4.5 so older versions need manual updating. After that you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token to insert in Enfold theme options in order to receive auto updates.

In addition to buying the theme, I also bought technical support, which is expiring …. What will happen – will there ever be a version of the template for WP 5.4 and I have to buy support again ???
Please for a faster response …. Perhaps at a time when there is a transition from one major version of WP to another, paid maintenance time should stop…?!?
