Is it not possible to have the behavior of the side menu equal to the behavior of the Avada vertival menu widget? When to click on the menu item open up the stairs below? instead of being next to a div on top

Sorry Shaminder but I can’t afford to pay nearly $100 dollars just to allow you to answer my question with three lines of code to apply as a snippet. It doesn’t seem morally correct! I didn’t expect this for free, but at these prices… I don’t rob banks or rape people for living!!!

The support renewal is $42 and not $100. Envato sets the support policies and we cannot really provide hands on support like that without valid support – this rule applies to all customers.
I did a quick search and was able to find the file where you can modify this setting from → screenshot
Please do note though, since you’ll be modifying a core heme file – these changes will be lost after a theme update.
As even paid support doesn’t cover involved customisations – if you need a more reliable solution fo this, you can reach out to our customisation partners on how to adjust this.

I don’t live in the US (like Envato BTW) but they choose to charge their citizen in US dollars and therefore I got to pay you, Envato commission, and the bank charge to exchange AUD to US so yes it gets around the $70-75 AUD, but you get my drift..
Your link above it just takes me to a bad Gateway (error 502), so I can’t access the picture..
I was hoping to be able to use a snippet for this problem..

If you have more than 30 related post, the simply don’t show up in Avada!
Abbas solution does fix the bug/problem but like he said it is only a temporarily fix.
It may be a fine line, but there is a difference..

Do you see any change if you remove all Custom CSS / customisations, disable all extra plugins including cache plugins temporarily besides our two Fusion plugins and test with the parent Avada theme (instead of child theme) – and see if one of those is the cause of this.

We installed WooCommerce Product Tables but is not working in responsive. We try with other themes in the same site and looks like plugin demo, but with Avada theme active, many columns don’t fit and the plus ”+” to open all columns in responsive mode is not showing.
I suppose that it’s a problem with Avada CSS maybe? The plugin is totally compatible with Avada, as developers says.

Avada has its own page builder called Fusion Builder and all our demos/pre-built sites are created with Fusion Builder – so those pages are editable only with the Fusion Builder.
Each page builder uses its own syntax so a page created with one builder cannot be edited with another builder like that.
If you import our demos, you can freely edit them with our flexible fusion builder as you desire.

Can I use avada for building different sites in different domains?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hello, I’ve a some pre-buy questions:
1) I’ve seen there’s an API key to register on WordPress in order to make theme working properly and also getting updates. I need to develop a customer’s website on a STAGING domain. When ready, I’ll move everything on the OFFICIAL domain. So my question are:
- 1a) is there any issue having the same API key on two different domain (even tho one of those is just a staging domain as said before) ?
- 1b) After I move the new website to official domain can I still work on the staging one in order to test any possible change before publish it or API key will work only on official domain at that point?
- 1c) Is there anything else that I should know about website migration between two domains when your theme has been used for the project?
2) I know you provide Fusion builder to change page content and layout. Is Elementor builder usable for same purpose anyway?
3) Does Fusion builder provide any gradient overlay feature for images and/or background?
4) Does Fusion builder (or any of bundled premium plugins) offer video-background feature?

The API key method has since been removed and all you need is a token now, however I will further respond to your queries below in same order.
1a) No, if the other domain is only meant for the staging / development purpose then its totally okay to do so.
1b) You can still do that, make sure that your staging site is only meant for development purposes and not to be used by public.
1c) Nothing that you have not mentioned license wise, however for anything else you can certainly create a support ticket with our team as you get 6 months of free support with each license.
2) We have not officially tested Elementor officially with our theme so can not provide you with any solid recommendation right now, we suggest getting in touch with the plugin author about this first.
3) Hello There, you can have the overlay on the background images, if you want to use separators you can have the gradient overlay on them too as can be seen in our yoga demo here => https://avada.theme-fusion.com/yoga/
4) Yes, you can have video background in our theme using containers, you can assign self hosted or YouTube / Vimeo hosted videos on container and then can place your content inside each container as well.

I am loving the new footer builder. It’s made things much easier! The only issue is the breadcrumbs appear to show in the wrong order. For example it shows: Home » East Midlands » About Us » Lincolnshire when actually the order is Home » About Us » East Midlands » Lincolnshire – https://www.phase.one/company/east-midlands/lincolnshire/ under the copyright text.
If I go to the next page it shows Home » Lincolnshire » East Midlands » About Us » Grantham but the About Us page should be after Home?

Dear Themefusion, There are many products and categories I have. And I serve them by woocommerce. But ıdon’t ike Woocommerce auto menu system. I like to use Avada menu system as widget on the page but for woocommerce categories. So is there any way to get woocommerce categories on Avada menu automatically? On menu system, there are options to add to menu as PAGES, Categories, etc… But not woocommerce categories. So I wonder is there any way to use woocommerce categories in normal menu system of Wordpress Avada? Thank you very much…
