Since the last update, the youtube video embedded in a tab doens’t work anymore, it seems the code with iframe doens’t work anymore. And the products categories plugin breaks when on listing view

I am sorry but this is not the Theme issue, This is how it works, Youtube has updated its policies with embeded <iframe> code, This does not have any link with the Theme, you can check it with some default Theme as well you will finds the same behavior. This is only possible with the help of Customization.

Hi team, When I click on add to cart the page redirects to the cart page but it a bit complicated when user want to purchase multiple products, I want show a notification to the user about product has been added to cart but without leaving the page..it can be a popup message. Earlier this feature was in your them now it;s not ?

Porto Studio is suddenly not working anymore. I did not even make any updates. If I click on the Porto symbol in the Visual Composer, nothing happens and no window opens. What is going on?

Looks like your server is not responding since the content is loaded from //sw-themes.com Thats not a good coding practice and apparently your server is slow and stopping the production line around the world (everyone who bought your theme). I suggest you integrate the studio content into theme so it is truly standalone, no dependendies to your server. Also for privacy reason by the way….

I have just tested it at my end and it is working perfectly fine at my end, please see the below-given screenshot, please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If no then update the Theme and Plugins and then go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase and then try to use the Porto Studio and after clicking on Porto Studio button you have to wait for a few seconds as it works on Ajax and Ajax took some time to load the content.

And Regarding your suggestion, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

All ThemeForest products allow One license for each domain on which you will install the theme (multisite installation does not matter though).

So regardless of a number of clients, the license works with a number of domains. So if you are building 10 websites, you need to purchase 10 regular licenses for that, etc… These are license usage policy of ThemeForest (and we have no control over this), you may wish to confirm from Themeforest here:

You have to Install and Activate all the plugin from Appearance >> Install Plugins before Importing any Demo including WP Bakery as well, and then you will find the option to download Elementor Demo, and after Importing the Demo you can deactivate any plugin which does not want to use on your site.

And Please Note that you can only find the option for download Elementor version Demo which already built till now, you can check it in the below given link and not any other Demo:

There is no such option in the Theme for choosing your own products to show as related products but you can only turn it ON/OFF from Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product as showing below:

Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.

These products cannot be specified in the admin, but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.

Just a quick question. Why I am I not able to see the social sharing buttons on mobile? Where are they? On mac I can see the icons but mobile version or iPad version is not showing the icons. Any reason for that? It is also not showing on demo’s.

Hi!, I’d like to show products that belong to multiple categories, for example: products belonging to “men” and “pants” categories. I don’t want all products belonging to “men” and all products belonging to pants, that would be useless for me. Is there any way to achieve this? I think it would be necessary to set “OR”/”AND” operators in that filter. By now, if I set two categories comma separated I see it works only as “OR” operator: listing all products belonging to one category and the other, not products belonging to both categories. This is how it works and there is no option to set Filters for products in the particular element as you want, Porto Product Category show all the products under the categories you set in it, This requires customization.
