Nope, we don’t have built-in gift card option. You need to look for the third-party plugin to implement this. In case you will choose the plugin then we would recommend you to disable Ajax add to cart option in the Theme Options because ofter (not always) such plugins require POST method and do not work with Ajax add to cart.

You’ll be able to switch between demos to choose the one that suits your needs most of all or mix the elements from different demos. You’ll be able to install them from XStore Plugin Installer area and update once the new version of plugin released.

If you want to redirect users to third-party site after click on the add to cart button then this is not the simple type of product but Affiliate/External products. WooCommerce has such type of products and our theme supports it. You’ll be able to implement this.

Any version will be switched to RTL once you set RTL language in WP settings. Maybe you will need to edit some content to change align of the text/image/icons in the element settings http://prntscr.com/sncsgv http://prntscr.com/sncrzj but in general it will be RTL oriented.

Using the XStore Plugin installer indicates the update was successful, however when I refresh it shows version 2.10.0 is what is installed not 2.11.1. It is not updating.
Also, I just downloaded the most current theme files and version 2.10.0 is what is included with the download.

That version was available at the moment of the theme update release, that’s why you won’t find a newer version in the package. Anyway, we make a double check of the Quform plugin update process and found that it does not update well if plugin is enabled. You can find the latest version of the plugin here https://www.8theme.com/downloads to update it manually till we get the answer from the Quform authors about auto-update.

Hello! I’m using WPML for translate my site from English to Italian. I’m having some difficulty translating some theme parts
I have successfully translated mailchimp form but translation is shown correctly only into footer newsletter section but not into promo popup
I’ve translated all wishlist parts. But I can’t translate the Wishlist label on the header. This label is into theme customizing panel and so on WPML I click: String translation -> Translate texts in admin screens
I find the label inside et_multiple_headers but even if I check it and click on apply, after I can’t find the label between the strings to translate.

Hi! Just a quick one, big fan of your theme and always use it. Also a big fan of WP Bakery page builder, think it allows more than Elementor and quicker to use. Will you still be using WP Bakery as seems the theme is pushing more to Elementor? Which is a shame as not a fan of it.

Our theme supports both page builders. We release the Elementor demo content because many of our customers asked about this and it was missing. That’s why the latest updates include demo content for the Elementor, actually demos that are already in use for the WPBakery users. At the same time we don’t plan to stop support of the WPBakery plugin and its versions. So, you may use WPBakery if you like it more than Elementor.
