Hello, I just purchased this theme and now that I am trying to install it, I am getting a message that my purchase code is invalid. Please advise ASAP!

Hi, Just a small question.

Why are there so many theme updates? In May alone 5 times. I use Bridge for about 20 websites and I have to update all of them! :-)

Within the latest updates we have more been focused on adding new demos, so you certainly do not need to update the theme if you do not need new demos. You can always check our change log to see what has been added in the latest theme update, and if you really need to update it on your side.

I’m trying to make changes to the child themes functions.php file and style.css file but I don’t see any of the changes reflected on my site. The child theme is currently my active theme.

Here is the functions.php code that was already in the file when I opened it:

Hi there, I have a website www.innstylesalon.ca created using Bridge – Creative Multipurpose WordPress Theme, currently plugins are disabled and site is not showing the slider and some errors text is also showing on the website.if we do not disable plugins then website doesn’t work. unfortunately we don’t have theme login access but we do have cpanel /admin control and access. please suggest what could be best done for fixing the issue.

Possibly you do encounter these issues if you do at this point use an outdated version of the theme and its plugins. You can read more about it on how to update the theme here.

But do they exist also with WpBackery or without elementor, because I don’t like it.

We do have many demos that are made with WPBakery and some of them that are made with Elementor. If you import Elementor demo do know that then native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well. You will have to build your content with WPBakery as all our themes shortcodes are compatible with either one of the plugins.

Hi, I bought a valid licence for Bridge theme. Now I have a living website with subsites underneath (same main URL). On my local virtual server environment (MAMP) I want to set up another site, which I want to use later as a subsite as well. I deregistered the theme licence for this purpose, but if I want to import Bridge demo content on my local environmen, it is not possible. The error message tells that the licence is already used by another website. I checked all of my sites, and cannot figure out why this happens. Could you please deregister? I have no valid support anymore, but this licence issue is not my fault. Thanks in advance.

Hi My site has been working for a number of years without issues and has not changed. I have a page for a gallery and used the WPBakery Builder element ‘Portfolio List’. The following settings wee selected:

Type: Masonry with space

Hover Animation Type: Default

Grid Size: 4 columns grid

Portfolio Loading Type: Fade 1 by 1 (also tried with no selection)

Filter: No

Lightbox: Yes

Show View Button: No

Number: -1

Enable Separator below title: No

None of the other settings not mentioned were set.

The gallery page is not only displaying one of 32 published portfolio items. Something is not working. It was previously working.

This page had only this element on it, and was working before. I am not sure which Bridge update caused it to stop working, because I have only just noticed it not working, I do not regularly visit that page, so it may have stopped working a number of Bridge updates ago. Apart from updating Bridge and plugins, there are no updates I perform on this site, so nothing has changed except updating the theme and plugins from time to time.

Please can you confirm if this works for you. I’m using Bridge v21.4. All other plugins are up-to-date, as of today.

I have found a solution by changing the Portfolio List Type from Masonry with space to standard. I selected No to the title, but instead of the image filename, the word “gallery” is displayed below. Some odd things going on with this element.

I will put up a couple of temporary development pages, one with Masonry and one with standard when I get time and report back here.

It is a bit hard to guess what might be the cause as we do not have access to your URL and testing this on our end the portfolio list is working fine. It might be caused by some 3rd party plugin, if you are using any so try to deactivate those. Keep us updated.
