Footer Templates – After downloading a cloud footer template and save it you cannot edit it anymore in Tagdiv composer and is just text of codes/numbers.
Instead of Edit Cloud template it says Edit template. Please can you explain what is wrong and why I cannot edit a footer template using TagDiv composer?
This means every time I need to make an update to the footer I need to download the template again and re create all the settings again. Thanks

After importing it you can set it globally or for specific pages or cloud templates. Once set, you can edit that page/cloud template with the composer and there you can edit the footer template https://prnt.sc/ss5uk0 The cloud footer templates can’t be edited with the composer directly at the moment, only from where they are set. Thank you. I can update the footer on the category page which is globally and what I need to do. It would be nice to be able to edit the same way as the other templates but as long as I can edit this is all I need. Thanks

Thanks for your interest in our product but please note that our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the font size for the posts, by the user. You can try using such a plugin with that functionality and check how it goes.

After the update, to Newspaper X tagdiv composer is causing a high cpu usage issue. I have a server with 2 virtual cpu cores, 4gb ram and 90gb storage. I used this theme to make my website faster but indeed it made it to slow

Maybe there is a problem in your case, are you using the latest theme version? Does it happen if only theme plugins are active? We could take a look at it, maybe we can find what the problem is. Hello, I am confused as your theme now says: TAG DIV is REQUIRED plugin. So does it mean I cannot ignore it and use only Visual Composer?
Actually I want to redesign my website from start. I have been using it and want to redesign completely so I will have to reinstall theme but I can see TAG DIV shown as required when reinstalling. Does it mean I can not skip it but have to?
Please advise as I like Visual Composer and don’t know to use your own builder

The composer is a required plugin, it must be active at all times, regardless of using it or not. This is the case since a while ago https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/ You can then use WPBakery if you want to, but the composer must also be active.

I realy love it and have purchased for my project. But I wonder, may I change the information of these themes / Theme Details? Example I change the Name of Theme and Author by My Brand. Or at least I just write ‘Anonymous’ for it. I just need hide this from my client for some reasons.

The theme works fine with the 7.2 and 7.3 as PHP version. We cannot say for sure if our product will work fine with the latest version of the PHP because we are in the process of testing the theme with this version of PHP.

Thanks for using our theme! Yes, it’s possible if you will use the cloud Template Library, which allows you to use the page builder to customize each section fro your website. In your case, please note that you have to edit the Header Template with TD Composer, split your ROW and add your desired sidebar using the TD Composer elements. Hello, I can’t understand why the background color option turns the site to boxed width. What is the logic behind it? If one needs full width with custom backgrounds then it has to be hard coded. Seems pretty simple to implement and it could be used to change bg per page. I know I can change bg per category, but apart from the boxed change, one cannot set the font color from the panel. Maybe it could be done in the next update, would solve a lot of hassle

Please note that you can change the background for the entire ROW and also, is useful if you want to add more Inner ROW’s. Thank you for your reply. Changing styles individually is one way to go, it would be easier though if I could say for example category “cars” bg black, text white full-width, rather than building separate templates for the category listing and the category articles or having the site turning to boxed mode. Please note that you have unzipped that file and load the Newspaper theme files from there and not load the general zip file as you have made. I’ve owned this theme and used it for a long time. I left after the Cloud Templates were added because they cause so many issues.
I’m back trying to set this up as some of the new designs are great but the problems with the templates still exist.
1. I’m not renewing my support just to be told this is something they’ve never seen before. 2. I’m using siteground with a fresh install and spend a couple of hours setting up the header how I wanted. Then all of sudden I started getting the constant spinning icon while trying to save. 3. I’m not running any other plugins except the ones needed for the theme. 4. I created a fresh install on a new domain and installed the theme. Open up the header in CT and same again spinning icon while saving. 5. On the fresh install I can’t activate the theme also.
I’ve spent the morning working with Siteground to look at this and they say it’s a theme issue and they are not blocking any access.
Maybe this will get fix going forward.

I feel sorry if you are facing some problems with our theme. First of all, please make sure that you have respected all of the steps from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ In most cases, that problem is caused by blocking the main theme request which is admin-ajax.php. Make sure that the file is not blocked by your dedicated server or some firewalls or security plugins.

how many websites can I activate.?

Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.
