Please check that you have uploaded all the fields in Qode Options > Logo with your own logo image. Also do check in Qode options> Header> Fullscreen menu if it ispossibly uploaded there, and remove or replace the image with your own.

Hi, I have purchased and installed your Bridge theme and used the Recording Studio demo. However, I’d also like to use some features from the Alternative Band theme. I read online in your documentation that those features (mp3 player and upcoming events section) come with the qode music plugin. In your documentation (chapter 19, http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/19-qode-music/) it is mentioned that the qode music plugin can be activated in the plugin section of my WordPress site but I can’t find it there among the installed plugins nor when I browse the plugin store. How do I install and activate this plugin?

You can read more about how to combine different content from different demos here as well as you do have all the plugins available to install and you can use them on any of our demo for sure. So you can either upload the plugin which you wish to use manually, all the plugins that does come included can be found in our themes files which you have downloaded, or to go to Bridge Dashboard > Import > choose the demo that has this plugin, then you will get a message to install required plugins and you can only install the plugin that you need.

i have imported 290 on new WP install and it look different, all the fonts are missing from demo and its not full width. is there other settings i am missing besides the one click install

The google maps api key is entered in the theme main settings, which sends a query from each side of the theme. Can it be placed in Qode Maps so that the query is sent only from this site? This unnecessarily extends the page load time.

I created a google account with linked payment method. I created a new project, enabled javascript api maps, create my credentials and limited to the site in question. I think the procedure is correct also because I have done it several times. But I can’t make the map works

Javascript api key is enabled for the project that uses this api credentials. I carried out the procedure again, from the beginning. Also the same api key works on another site. I don’t know, maybe there is a different problem?

Once we inspect your site besides the not authorized API console log error we could see that you are using the latest theme version but did not update the Bridge Core plugin, your version is 1.0.5 and the latest one released is 2.2.9.
We have reproduced Geocoding error: To fix this, please go to Developer Console -> APIs & auth -> APIs
Search for Geocoding and click on Google Maps Geocoding API -> Enable API. Do the same thing for Geolocating.

1) It seems that some WP bakery functions are lacking : I wan to add a WP Custom menu and the button that provide this function is not present in the wp bakery interface.
2) How can I add a single menu item separated from the main menu and at the same position on the right side as for example the search button ?
