Dear friends of Envato Market

After making the changes following the email you sent me, I regret to inform you that it was not possible to import the theme (Biagiotti) successfully in Wordpress.

I explain:

I understand that there are two ways to import the template, the traditional one and the other by means of an XML file. But both produce an error.

In the first, the load percentage is 48% and the load does not finish. By the way, I want to clarify that the PHP parameters were modified, which you recommend adjusting to release power from the server. So it has nothing to do with it.

Now when I import it through the XML file, if it does the import but the header (which is edited with Slider Revolution) does not load the photos.

On the other hand I want to inform you that I communicate with the managers of my server and they informed me that the Biagiotti plugin itself throws the following errors:

[28-May-2020 11:43:02 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function biagiotti_mikado_get_module_part() in /home2/ajnailst/public_html/ajnails/wp-content/plugins/biagiotti-membership/helper.php:119

[28-May-2020 05:08:00 UTC] PHP Warning: Use of undefined constant BIAGIOTTI_MIKADO_FRAMEWORK_ROOT – assumed ‘BIAGIOTTI_MIKADO_FRAMEWORK_ROOT’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home2/ajnailst/public_html/ajnails/wp-content/plugins/biagiotti-core/core-dashboard/core-dashboard.php on line 95

For this reason it is that I ASK AS POSSIBLY as possible, they can help me or else I will have to ask for a refund.

One last topic to narrow down. I had already screwed up the theme (with the traditional way in another domain) and it took care perfectly but when I proceeded to load it in the final domain it was that the theme began to fail in the import. Does the problem have to do with it? should not.

I am writing to you because I am having trouble importing a Topic (by the way, I am using a translator to write this message)

The problem is that the Biagiotti Theme. It takes and does not finish importing. This, despite the fact that I have already made the PHP configurations that you recommend on the server.

Also, from that Whoocommerce gave me the following message

“Your theme (Biagiotti) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. You may need to update these files to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Tips for fixing this: 1. Update your theme to the latest version. If there is no update available, contact the author of your topic to ask about compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce. 2. If you have copied over a template file to change something, then you will have to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again “

If you are somehow having an issue with the demo import we would kindly ask you to check your resources as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file.

When it comes to Woocommerce please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.  You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

When I re-use the purchase code in other server, I prompt me “Code is already registered for other domain”. I get no way to deregister it as I’ve terminated the previous server. Please help me!
