- Accept new submissions which are directly converted to directory listing upon approval - Accept payments for ads, listings - Sell ad space - Create filters, categories, sub categories - Change listing order manually by admin - Create reports on how many times a listing was clicked - Are all these functions included in the theme or additional plug ins are required

In relation to the outlined questions, yes these features are possible but for listings ordering and reports you will need third-party plugins for this. We have a free Listing Stats plugin As for selling ad space, you will also need the Wp Job Manager Products plugin.

Does this allow you to specify the “author ID” of rental properties so that I can set the owner accordingly?

In relation to your question here, unfortunately this is not an option integraated by default within the theme. You would need to use a third-party plugin for such an implementation. We would recommend using a memberships plugin such as WooCommerce Memberships plugin.

With respect to the outlined questions:
1. For notifications, I would recommend using the Post Status Notifier plugin
2. Subscriptions are handled by the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. Once a subscription ends, they must either renew it or the listing will not be listed.
3 &4. All Payment gateways that WooCommerce supports are compatible. This includes PayPal/Skrill/Authorize.net/Stripe unlike most directory themes they only offer maybe a few options, with Listify you can use any payment gateway that WooCommerce supports, see: http://www.woothemes.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways/ This is over 116+ payment gateways.
5. Yes you can modify regions to your preference.
6.Yes it has a spanish translation and works with Loco Translate.
7. Unfortunately it would not be in a position for a user to have multiple sessions at once.
8. Sorry, the theme can only be used alongside another theme in a single install.

Hi Astoundify,
I opened tickets which were closed by you and have not been resolved. I sent email to this effect and still no response over the past weeks.
I also wish to draw your attention that I am unable to login to my customer dashboard on Astoundify even using my envato credentials. I have cleared my cookies and tried using different devices.
I need my support extended as you have deliberately ignored my tickets and closed them without resolving the challenges.

I have checked into all your tickets and you did not reply to them after our last responses. If a ticket has not been replied to for a long while, then it is automatically set to a closed state. You can however always open a ticket by replying to it. In the meantime, I have set your tickets to a pending state.

Is there still no way to filter by Listing Type? Since it’s just another taxonomy for Listings, it seems like it should be easy to add it as an option under Customize>Listings>Search filters? Am I missing something here?

In order to add Listing Types to the search filters, you will need to create a custom filter using the FacetWP plugin. The Types filter is only used on the search page at this time only.

That site is heavily customized to accomodate those filters. The theme only contains the default filters rendered within our demos.

Hi, I have set up various blogpost categories and use their archive pages as sections for a news site. Below the blogpost excerpts on the archive pages, I’d like to display listings filtered by listing categories (which I’ve set up to match the blog categories). But for some reason Listify seems to ignore the “categories” filter on the [jobs categories=”my-category”] shortcode and just displays listings of all categories. Is there a trick to re-enabling this filter? Or is there a widget to embed listings from a certain category, that can be used outside of the ‘Home’ widget area?

The map won’t load. In the error console it say the billing is not enabled, but in Google Cloud payment is enabled. Then if I go into the Google cloud panel for usage it says there has been usage but with 100% error. All errors in the 309 tries were due to latency. Any help?

ps I can confirm that it is an issue with your site. I currently have 0 caching plugins activated. It’s the API that wont change. The API I originally entered, is not changing. No matter how many things I try, the API will not update in the website. I talked with tech support at Google (because they actually respond without requiring further purchases), they confirmed the issue is with the website itself. I’m going to keep searching and try to figure out why the site will not update the API on the pages. I changed the API weeks ago and even though it’s saved in the dashboard, it is not changed on the pages.
