There’s a bug with your theme on iPad (Pro 12.9” 2020): the mkdf-parallax-row-holder doesn’t show the background-image. For exmaple the blue background image (with “22 health sections”) on https://mediclinic.qodeinteractive.com/about-us/.

3 reasons asking for refund, please process the request of contact us if you need more info. 1. drag and drop, front-end editor can’t be found that we spent more than 12 hours researching online to learn how to solve the problem working on the backend and then the editor showed up. However, the editor didn’t work well and the format/website look messy and not good. 2. we spent more than 1 hours importing the template and it always failed at 98%. We tried a couple of times, and wasted 3 hours in this step. 3. we like the slide show feature but it still didn’t work. It took us another few hours that we are too disappointed in this template and we decide not to use it anymore.

This theme’s support seems to be extremely lacking. The support staff is pretty much non-responsive. They only respond every 18 hrs or more, which sounds great but that’s per response. Example a member of the support staff answered my support request, I respond almost immediately then they respond 18+ hrs later. So each portion of the dialogue is an 18 hr+ interval. So a simple issue header issue similar to one I having can take weeks to solve. My issue has yet to be solved so I’ll update as needed. In the meantime “Beware”.
Days 2 still no response, no solution. It’s Sunday so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

It may just change in the CSS file in transition time, but just want your help to make the change in a right file and right place in CSS file.
