DESPERATE: Using Cinerama Theme, “ABOUT US” page. Counter and Horizontal Timeline have disappeared from view on website, but are clearly there and visible in dashboard editors. What should I check to restore elements to the page that are hidden/invisible?

If I give you ADMIN access, can you take a look at the problem? This problem is best seen from the dashboard since the items show there that are not showing on the site.

Hi there – is it easy to use a nav / menu so it looks and works exactly as it does in another one of your themes – so just exactly as it works here:

So I guess also let me know if its even possible (then I can pay a developer etc)

Hi there,

These are two different theme which does have a bit different layout. Within the Cinerama menu you do have a widget menu area where the logo is placed, you certainly do not need to have this present, however possible a bit of CSS adjustment would be needed to achieve the same look.

I need help with the cellphone view of the webpage.The portafolio Items in wich appears “YEAR – DIRECTOR – WITTER – STARRING” in the cellphone view those items are not aligned, and the characters are below the line where they should be. In a computer this looks Ok, but I need to fix this for the cellphone view. Please!

Demo import is getting stuck at 98%, this happened twise. And resource allocations and system info all are fine

hello!, i would like to transfer the license from one domain to another. I had registered this by accident to the wrong website. I have since switched the hosting to the correct domain, so I am unable to go back and deregister the theme. is it possible to transfer the theme & get a new purchase code? Thank you so much!!

I am having an extremely difficult time finding where to ask a couple of support questions. One – can I use Elementor to edit with this theme? And two – in WPBakery, I am just seeing code, not graphics, and it is not easily editable.

At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

Hi, I would like to report a problem that I had and the solution I found, in case it is useful to other users. I have a multilingual site, with the WPML plugin, and all Portfolio type content is translated into other languages. After a Wordpress version update, all links to translated portfolio content changed from /(lang code)/permalink to /(lang code)?p=123 … and no longer worked. To solve, it was enough to deactivate and then reactivate the Cinerama core plugin. Good day!

Hello, I have an issue with the Revolution Slider bundled plugin. It’s just nothing like the standalone plugin -I purchased one for another client and it worked smooth and easy. In this case, with respect to the bundled plugin, there is absolutely no possibility to customize the slider in a smooth way since there are no settings in the wordpress back office (whereas there should). It just looks like we need to edit the Revolution Slider itself, which is a long and tedious process. I wonder if it’s because it’s a bundled version and not the standalone version of the plugin? Please help because otherwise we’ll have to use another plugin, which would be a pity! And above all, it means the bundled version of the plugin is very limited and not user-friendly compared with the standalone version. Thanks!

Oh by the way, the plugin has been updated too. When will Cinerama be updated to add the Revolution Slider update too?
