Hi, until now everything worked fine. wanted to add a new translation to our site and after started working i have a problem. Slider revolution does not work like it should on new pages. Please explain in detail via our support system with a fresh new support ticket why you have done this? This is against Envato Policy, you can only use the single purchase code on single site/domain and this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from Envato as well.

Dear Author you are right i have install many time this theme . But i have use always with one domain name “https://www.shwetatechnologies.com/” . Ip may be change due to i have use share hosting or I work at my home and office both so they reflect different ip address. but i never use this theme on multiple site or domain . so please remove the restriction as a spam ip address as soon as possible. Hi, I noticed you introduced Elementor compatibility a little while back, thanks!
I started rebuilding my pages in Elementor, however half way through I noticed there are very few modules available for Elementor.
Are you planning on adding all the Porto modules to Elementor in the near future? is there a timeline?

Hello. I bought this theme about a week ago. It has been an absolute nightmare. I import the demo for Elementor, set the theme options, and the second I open a page to edit it, EVERYTHING gets messed up. All the things I had configured are gone. I’ve been trying to get it to work for a week, resetting all WP settings and starting from scratch time and time again, and I honestly give up. I thought it was something I was doing wrong, but reading the latest comments, I realize is not me, but something is wrong with the theme.
I want to know your refund policy, because I refuse to deal with more frustration trying to get it to work like you claim it works. I really just want my money back, is an expensive theme and it doesn’t work like one.

Let me once try to explain to you:
WP Bakery and Elementor are two different page builders and both have their own standards and elements and properties.
Like same way both have different Demo’s as well, If you go to our Demo site you will find the Elementor and Gutenberg Demo Tabs separately as showing in this screenshot:
And while Importing any Demo you will also find the same Filters under Demo Import Tabs as showing in this screenshot:
It means if you want to use the Elementor version of the Demo then you have to Import Elementor version and Same as for WP Bakery and Gutenberg.
Now, Keep in Mind, Before Importing any of the Demo version Install and Activate all the plugin including WP Bakery and Elementor as well, and then you will find the Option for which Page Builder Version of the Demo you want to Import on your site as showing in this screenshot:
Import the particular version of the Demo and then deactivate the other page builder from your site by going into Plugins section after Importing the Demo, Like If you Import the Elementor version of the Demo then after Importing Demo content no need for WP Bakery Page Builder plugin simply deactivate it after Importing the Demo.
You can not edit the content of the Elementor version of the Demo with WP Bakery and Vice Versa.
That’s all.
If still, you find any difficulty then please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will Import the Demo for you on your site.
Like I said on the support ticket I placed in your site, that is exactly what I did. I imported the Elementor demo to work with Elementor and it didn’t work. I reset all my WP site, and then imported the Bakery demo to work with the WP Baker and try to see if it worked better, and it didn’t work either.
If you read the latest comments here, I’m not the only one having issues with your theme. I’m not new to this and and this theme has been a real nightmare. IT simply doesn’t work.
All I want is a refund, I already installed another theme and I built half the site in one day, while, with yout theme, it took me a week of frustrations, installing and deleting an entire site, installing in a different subdomain and so on and on and on, and I still ended with nothing.
I would send you videos and images, but I already deleted every single file, reset my WP site, and I honestly don’t want to waste more of my time with your theme. I am submitting the refund request on Envato because I am not going to use it ever again.

Hello, yes, the installation is done, BUT yes, we have installed a theme that seemed to be close to what you showed in the live preview. Exactly theme Home Corporate 19, which seems close to the theme I shown on the preview! It turned out that only the shape of the slider is the same. So, can you please provide us the theme of the live preview or we should build it from scratch, which is not an option for us?

Today I downloaded latest version and installed on a dev site where I imported Shop24 now everything went pretty well when I clicked view site it doesn’t look as like Demo. I tried few other demos and same problem appeared. Also if I disable theme and remove folder in uploads Porto_styles then re-activate theme it works fine. Again when I try to change anything in theme settings everything screws up on front end. I checked the css and none stays there even when I try to change it manually in theme options it does not effect anything on front end.

Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPs if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPs from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

Hi, I purchased this theme almost a week ago, although theme demos are very good but I’m seriously disappointed because whenever I import any demo and try to make changes in header, either it breaks something else or it shows the change in preview but nothing in actual. For example I imported shop demo 10 and changed the background color of Header Top and then found the header is not Sticky anymore and menu links are gone. I mean there are so many different issues with managing the header. For another product I was trying to add Quick view via porto customization in Latest products and it simply was not working. I’m stuck in these non-sense issues whereas I was expecting to get a top notch quality bug free theme after paying 60 dollars….

There is no such bug in the Theme, In Shop header 10 we have set the Sidebar Header and if you want to change the Header Top Color in Sidebar Header then you have to change it using Custom CSS, as given below, and if you change the complete color of the header then the complete sidebar header color will be changed as you can see on my test site here:

Here is the Custom CSS for only changing the Header Top background color when using sidebar Header:

There is no option to set the links for those in Mini Cart, This is by default take you to the Cart page when you click on view cart and also take you to the checkout page when you click on check out button, This is how it works, and if it is not working for you then it must be any third party plugin confliction or the cache issue, please do the below listed following debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue.

You have a ssl issue on “Show pointer arrow” on the call to action feature. When activate the page become not secure (image is on http). I just disable the option and the page become secure. I love this feature, so let me know when is an update
