Hello,
I have created a button on my main menu, through the Multi-Purpose tab on my Theme Panel, however it does not show on mobile. How can I make that work?

Can we delete the theme and reuse it for another site at another time?

Yes, you can do that! Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

Hello, I have the theme and I have installed and designed my site. But the menu drop down loads too fast and doesn’t allow users to click on it on the homepage. How to fix this? It works on other pages and posts but just the homepage eslland.com

Hello, I’ve a question about “Smart snap” menu: it was – IMHO – quite nice because it was sort of sticky, but not annoying for the user because it was appearing only scrolling up, but disappearing scrolling down. BUT it seems that with cloud templates this option isn’t available anymore, I can only enable sticky (but it appears when I scroll down and remains always visible) or off. Isn’t smart snap available anymore? If yes…why? It will “come back” in some future update ? :/

Hello tagdiv staff one of my site down yesterday. and the cause is TD composer plugin.
here’s the error details:

So you would like to create a forum on your website? You could try some plugins for that, like the bbpress plugin for example. That could be used to create a forum. The theme itself doesn’t have such capabilities.

Rows can be removed in a few ways. Click and drag them to the right corner for example https://prnt.sc/sx85li -> https://prnt.sc/sx85uw Or use the delete option https://prnt.sc/sx86dx Or select the row and press delete on the keyboard. Hope this helps.

That plugin should work fine with the theme. I cannot say for sure unfortunately. The theme by itself cannot rotate ads, it will display the ads entered in the provided spot. Please check the plugin documentation and make sure you are configuring it correctly.

Hi, using wpbakery and div tags at the same time I can’t see posts correctly. Another problem I can’t enter the Cloud templates page because I get error 500 if the wpbakery plugin is active. I have disabled the use of the post plugin in the wpbakery options, but this does not solve the problems

We have a problem in our installation. The footer is broken on single posts and categories. Not in pages.
We have it all in one column when it should be 3 columns.
It happens since we updated the theme and plugins to the last version (10).
We are using your Default PRO layout.
We bought a support extension and wrote yesterday in the forum with NO answer.

Now there is another way, an easier way. Using a cloud header template you can add the theme login in the location you want, next to the header menu if needed, like so https://prnt.sc/sx0d33 This would be an easier solution. You can customize the login element as needed as well. You could give it a try.

That can be done in a cloud header template, these can be edited with the composer https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ The demo you mention doesn’t use a cloud header template. You will be able to add the header login anywhere in the header once you use a cloud header template.
