Hello i have bought this theme last year. The website i bought the theme for does not exist anymore. now i want to make a new website using this theme but it says i have to deactivate the licence on the old website that does not exist anymore. and now i can not activate a new licence for my new page. what can I do. Hi! I am unable to install some of plugins. Betheme header builder, slider revolution, layer slider. It says “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature” Because of this I am unable to import prebuilt demos from betheme. Kindly take a look for this purpose I cannot afford to extend support. Thanks!

Hi, for one of my license 4eafed79-7f35-41b9-984b-XXXXX (29 May 2018): the website is passed on to another developer. He deleted the theme folder without first deactivating it. How can I use this license on another site?
The license nr. 4eafed79-7f35-41b9-984b-xxxxxxx (29 May 2018) was active on a site (korcaffe.it) which is now managed by another developer. He didn’t deactivate the theme before deleting the theme folder. Now I would like to deactivate on korcaffe.it and activate on giuseppevisi.it. On korkaffe.it BeTheme has been erased. Hello muffingroup,
I am unable to find a way to create a discussion on your forum and I’m writing here. I am using the BeGolf template and have issues with the navigation menu on mobile device. I have split the menu on left and right side and the site logo in between them. On desktop everything is fine, but when you check the mobile version the first and second sides of the menu are switched meaning that the first half is shown as second. You can check visually what’s going on at http://stsofiagolf.com/?lang=en since I can’t attach photos to this.

Hi Dimitar,
menu does not align correctly because of your custom css. You moved the right menu to left and vice versa. Thus, to align menu items on mobile the way you wish, you have to remove custom css and change the order of menu items under Appearance > Menus section.

Yes, that is absolutely correct. I’ve changed the CSS but this doesn’t change the fact that the menu is reversed. For some reason if the custom CSS is removed, the Menu 1 which contains Menu items Home, Golf, Weddings and Events and Relax is placed second by default, after the logo.
I’ve removed the custom CSS so you can see what happens.

It’s because this type of slider requires to have posts and many people did not had them. according to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

But this is how it supposed to appear if you imported BeTraining2 pre-built website. So, if it does not appear on your site the same as on the screenshot, we need link to your site so we may have a closer look on it.
I have not imported that demo. I want to apply this configuration to another demo. I also repeat you that I am working local.

The menu items should align by default from left to right and this is what you’ve asked in your 1st question. Now you ask for right to left. The option to align menu items to right is located under BeTheme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Menu section and if this option is unchecked, menu items should be aligned to left. If they somehow don’t, we need link to site and if it’s local, you can send it to us when will be online because we have no idea what else might be the reason.

We do apologise for that but please note that unless we do not have link to what we are talking about, it is very hard to give the right solution as we don’t know what exactly have to be changed.
WTF? In the screenshot that you have post clearly puts FROM RIGHT TO LEFT. Clearly you have been confused when reading because the themeforest comments cannot be edited.

I know they are themeforest rules but why offer a product with 500 themes if you can only use one theme on one website and throw away 499 themes if you want to be a fair website builder. Themeforest need to change their licenses

as you mentioned, the licenses are determined by Envato and not by authors. However, the answer on your question is very easy. By providing all those pre-built websites, our customers may easily create final site for their customers or for themselves in easy way. Also, many users re-create our pre-built websites under their sub-domains to presents demos to their customers so they can choose the layout they like and web developers have much easier job to do. This also accelerate their work a lot so they do not loose time on building from scratch.
Included pre-built websites are also great examples of what could be accomplished with the theme. You can import different demos and learn how specific sections/things been done.

I had initially registered the theme on test URL / sub-domain using an item purchase code. Now, I have moved my website to main domain. The theme update is not working now. I have de-registered the theme and tried to register again, but it asks to de-register from sub-domain and delete the theme folder over there, But the sub-domain doesn’t exists now since I have already deleted that setup. Please advice.
