After update to 3.0.3 version Kalium theme generates schema field with missing parameter (check out this image https://www.dropbox.com/s/1t6cieca3vha299/Screenshot%202020-06-17%20at%2007.34.27.png?dl=0 ) and Search Console indicates this error on every page.

I’ve been enjoying your theme for several years, thanks a lot! I wanted to ask about demo installations before actually doing it because I’m afraid my custom css, home page layout etc. will get lost. On some points I actually like the Fashion demo more than the Agency demo I have installed now. What will all be overwritten if I now install the Fashion demo?
I actually only need the shop to be as the Fashion Demo, but as I understand from other tickets it’s not possible to select separate items from every demo to be installed. If I install the Fashion demo and do not like it, can I install the Agency demo again and get back to what I have now?
I hope you can assure me it is ‘safe’ to try the Fashion demo and not loose all kinds of customisations I have done. Or to explain me a way that I can get back to what I have now if I do not like the Fashion Demo.
I have not used the Support ever, but it just expired and hope it’s easy to answer my question.

Thanks for your kind words and sorry for the late reply.
Yes, the pages will be overwritten if you install the second demo. From Kalium 3.0 and up we have added an option to install a demo and if you don’t like it to easily install the second demo by removing the first demo. But that will also delete all the pages and content from the first demo that you install and change them with the content of the second demo.

Yes, it is possible but you have to add a class selector under the font and then in Slider Revolution apply that class to any text element.

Why is the demo content looks not the same as the demo imported after purchasing ?

The theme images are replaced with placeholder images because of the copyrights, and we are not allowed by Envato to put the original images within the theme, other parts of the theme are exactly the same as in the demo.

The theme is multilingual which means it can be translated with any of the translation plugins, but Polylang is also compatible and supported by Kalium as we have tested it.

When upgrading from 3.0.1 to 3.0.2 the search field and shopping cart on the right side of the main menu disappeared. Then upgrading from 3.0.2 to 3.0.3 the search field and shopping cart reappeared, but it’s now on the left side of the main menu. Was a setting added that determines if those elements are on the left or right? I need to put it back on the right side.

Hi,
I’ve been using Kalium for quite a while now, my support got expired but also do not really need it. Now when I want to update my theme, it gives the notification “This domain is not permitted to download the update!” While I did not change the domain…
In the product registration it just mentions the domain name I’m working with, so what now? Through the webpage I of Theme Forest I am also just able to download the update, but I am not able to actually install it on my page.
I am not really willing to renew my support for $42 for something that is happening because of a problem that i did not cause or because of a lack of knowledge. Can you tell me what is going on?

In the meanwhile I was able to install the theme manually, but the when trying to upload demo content, it says the product is not registered. I’ve send an email with my purchase code and license.

I really like your theme and I bought 8 licenses that were properly activated. Unfortunately, today 5 sites are down or the main domain have changed so I can’t access the backoffice to deactivate the licenses. Is it possible to deactivate these license so I can properly re set them?

On this area you can check assigned domains for your account. You just need to add a purchase code and the system will show where you have used the licenses.
Then if you need to reset any license for the sites that you are not using Kalium please send us an email with their purchase codes so we can revoke them for you.Kind regards,

Does anybody knows how could I build a “text portfolio layout”? I mean without showing any thumbnail image but just with the text title of the project.
I’ve tried with the option of remove thumbnail image but this only hide the entire project on my website like it doesn’t exist…
I think maybe you can do it with a CSS code that remove the image keeping the text title. Right?

It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. Regular license is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.
I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product in its final domain.
Note: If you still see the old domain on your Product Registration page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.

1. do you do custom work for adding a separate video section to the theme ? I know you have option for adding videos in the blog section, but we wanted a separate video section which has better video presentation style.. 2. how easy is it to customize colors and icon colors which are in the theme
Also can we hide footer on mobile view ?
- We also need some custom work like shop page..like tabs(like how you have best sellers, sale, latest). This style would be needed on other pages
- Also we need some custom work for the woocommerce shop page where I can add horizontal scrolls for products and multiple sections of those. Please let me know if you do that
- Bug: your current theme, books layout -> column three and four option doesn’t work on mobile. Those layouts work fine on desktop but not on mobile.

1. Videos can be added through WPB Page Builder or through any of the sliders included within the theme.
2. Colors and skins can be managed through a Theme Styling tab which is included in theme options and from there you can change the skin and colors.
3. Yes, the footer can be hidden on mobile view.
4. Customizations are not included in the theme support, we can help you for some small issues but customizing is not within the support scope.
5. Just tested the three and four columns in mobile, they are working properly.

Hi, I use Kalium theme with wpml translation plugin for a website, and I can’t translate the logo image of the site to other language. I’ve tried wpml media and it didn’t work, and also string translation but I couldn’t even find the string for the image. Could you please help me? Thanks in advanced. Mire

To do that please add this code in functions.php file and then change populate the two areas as we have done in our video but with your image ID and language shortcode.

I have some compatibility issues with WPML and Kalium.
One of them is that I cannot find AutoType Element strings to translate them with WMPL. Is this possible and if so can you point me how to do it?
String scanning during page render is not able to pick the Autotype element in order to translate it.

AutoType text is an inside text editor and WPML translates text editor content.
You will not find that area in the String area because it is content and you can easily translate that area,

The reason why I looked inside String Translation is because it is not showing inside content area when I try to translate the page containing AutoType. So it is a bug I suppose? Can you check on your side that AutoType text appears for translation, because on my site it is not showing…

First of all make sure that you are using the latest version of WPML plugins (see screenshot).
I just tested that and it worked as it should (see video).

Hi thanks for the video! From what I see on the video you unlink the Translation page (German) from the original language (English) and do the changes separately in German language page. So you don’t use WPML Advance Translation Editor.
This is how I do it also, since WPML Advance Translation Editor does not recognize AutoType. But it is not the optimum way to translate pages (and according to WPML also) because the two languages are unlinked and content changes to original languages do not sync with translation page. You have to do them manually them.
Maybe developers should consider support WPML Advance Editor with Kalium elements in the future.
