You can use the theme as single owner and rent your properties directly, yes.

For paid booking deposit or remaining payment to site admin (as we have now) you can enable Woo Commerce and use any of their supported merchants.

Hi Valentino, We don’t have refund in the theme. You can refund as admin through the merchants used to get the payment.

The SMS notification exists now through an add-on from a 3rd party – https://www.rentalsclub.org/ , and we plan to make sms notifications a core feature as that service will discontinue soon.

It’s not clear if you have the title enabled – but you can show like this – https://prnt.sc/t5ga4y – and instead of Advanced Search you can put a different title. 0 is the count of the properties available. https://prnt.sc/t5gbjv You can also put some text in description (but will always show in front end). I understand that what you need some text that shows only if there are 0 results. That specific request we don’t have, but I will add to wishlist. However, I hope that what we have can help. 1. It’s possible to change 50% no matter when booking is made. It’s a global setting and doesn’t connect to when the booking starts.

2. It’s not possible to charge automatically because we don’t store client payment info. Client must pay manually (and it’s optional)

1. It’s not possible. We do not connect the deposit to when booking starts. So no matter when booking starts (1 month in advance or 1 day in advance), deposit value is the same. And it’s a value admin sets in wp-admin -> theme options

Hi, Thank you for the message. We don’t have this option by default – different submit fields and it may not work to put all different categories and fields in one submit form honestly.

What we have is showcased in our demos https://wprentals.org/ and you can see a submit form too in demos.

Thank you for the comment. We don’t have this option. Payment is deducted for admin service fee from owner total booking. We don’t have a fee that is added to total (and that user would pay).

I have saved your suggestion to wishlist, but it’s not a feature I can promise at the moment because of its complexity.

We added Woo Commerce support since that help was created which allows clients to use other merchants through Woo Checkout without having to modify code – https://help.wprentals.org/article/install-woocommerce-and-use-woocommerce-payments/

We have as default options PayPal for membership / Paid Listing / Pay Booking Deposit and/or Remaining balance.

Which buttons you wish to replace, I am not sure and I would need to check with development team after you confirm the new location. But if it will work as CC just from switching button, I don’t think it will. So please send a ticket in support http://support.wpestate.org/ with details about what button and will ask my colleagues to check.

Now we use REST API for theme integration which, in some countries work with CC by default. This is displayed when redirected to PayPal page for checkout.
