Hello. I’m using the Porto theme and I see you have a filter for product categories. However, I have created a custom product taxonomy I’d also like a filter for (so the products that are in a category AND a selected custom taxonomy will show up). Can you recommend a plugin for that, that won’t create conflicts with your theme? (I tried one but the pages get loading problems).

on the mobile version of the website i have a problem in the Shop page (woocommerce product page). The left sidebar is deployed even if not being pressed. when you do press it, it takes over the entire screen.

This is nothing but the third party plugin and the cache issue, please deactivate all the third-party plugins including the cache and autoptimize plugin from your site and check your site after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.

Please turn ON the debug Mode of your site and check which error appears on your site, share the screenshot.
And also deactivate all the third-party plugins on your site.
And activate the parent Theme on your site.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 26/09/2019. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

I just purchased the theme. Doing development on localhost for the time being but i can’t see the Slider Revolution Plugin available for use. It’s there in Plugins but there are two options for it 1) Delete 2) Update Required
I don’t have domain name yet and doesn’t have to activate the license yet. Could you please help me what can i do? How would be i able to Slider Revolution Plugin ?
Also, when i try to update it, it fails.

URGENT – PORTO THEME UPDATES Hi, I have just installed Porto on Magento 2.3.5-p1. The documentation says to install 2 patches: “2.3.x” THEN “2.3.3 and above”. however you have also provided “Patch for Product Detail Magento 2.x.x”.
Should i also install “Patch for Product Detail Magento 2.x.x” and if yes in what exact order these 3 please.

Hi, looking for a template to sell online my food product with woocommerce, i’m very glad I found you. Your work, customer support, everything seems amazing. I’d appreciate if you could answer a question. Some of my product will be ’’pick up only’’. I’d like the possibility for my clients to be able to select in a calendar the time/date that they wish to come pick up. It would appear in the product page or in the shopping cart, as long as it is before they need to pay. I would be able to set-up in wordpress the schedule, and accept the order.
Is it possible to do that with the template, a compatible pluggin, or something different that you know would work with the template.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, You have to use any third party plugin for this with the Theme which better meets your requirements, unfotunately we have not tested any of the plugin with the Theme for this reason so we are unable to suggest you on it.

Can you please do the following debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)

Image sizes are then calculated based on the cropping option selected and the image width. It is important to note that Single Product Images are uncropped and not affected by the cropping settings.

I’m using demo shop 10 as a template for my website. So far everything seems great in this theme. However at this point, I’m facing an issue with the main banner on home page, here is how it looks on homepage on PC
whereas below is how does it look on mobile:
So you can see the image is not displayed properly on mobile, is there any way I can upload same image with different dimensions for mobile devices separately so that full content is visible? I have tried to find out but with no luck… Will appreciate your feedback. Thanks

No, sorry to say that but this is not possible, Porto WordPress Theme is based on WooCommerce and WooCommerce has its default functionality and Sign in, Sign up and my-account all are on the same page, if you want to separate those on different pages then this requires Customization.
1. You can put the different links for those in Main Menu but it will take you to the same page.
2,3,4,5. You have to use any third-party plugin for it, OR it requires Customization there is no option in the WooCommerce for it.

WP Bakery and Elementor are two different page builders and both have their own standards and elements and properties.
Like same way both have different Demo’s as well, If you go to our Demo site you will find the Elementor and Gutenberg Demo Tabs separately as showing in this screenshot:
And while Importing any Demo you will also find the same Filters under Demo Import Tabs as showing in this screenshot:
It means if you want to use the Elementor version of the Demo then you have to Import Elementor version and Same as for WP Bakery and Gutenberg.
Now, Keep in Mind, Before Importing any of the Demo version Install and Activate all the plugin including WP Bakery and Elementor as well, and then you will find the Option for which Page Builder Version of the Demo you want to Import on your site as showing in this screenshot:
Import the particular version of the Demo and then deactivate the other page builder from your site by going into Plugins section after Importing the Demo, Like If you Import the Elementor version of the Demo then after Importing Demo content no need for WP Bakery Page Builder plugin simply deactivate it after Importing the Demo.
You can not edit the content of the Elementor version of the Demo with WP Bakery and Vice Versa.
