I’ve used once the code in an old site and later deregistered it and used another template.
Now I’m trying to use the theme and is still attached to the old website, what a scam. Your de-registering tool doesn’t work. Had to reactivate it to register and deregister and still no luck.

From what we see, you put just link and nothing else. There is no banner in the code.
No I put the code for the iframe there but it’s just showing a link and not the actual iframe.
Your code must be wrong and that’s why it does not parse correctly. In such case, please send us access to your backend privately with the code you want to put so we may have a closer look on it.

Hey, I’m using latest Betheme with BeFoodtruck template on my website crunchiz.com. But currently we are having 2 issues:
1. “My Orders” are missing from woocommerce’s my account page
2. On mobile, product thumbnail are missing during checout process

It does not seem to be one of the pre-built websites included into theme. This site looks like a custom work.

since BeTheme version 20, all sliders comes with pre-built websites what means that you can easily import them from BeTheme > Pre-built websites section. More details about this process, you can find in the documentation.
However, if you already imported pre-built website and don’t have slider, means you did not installed Slider Revolution plugin before the demo import (there is an information during the import process, which plugins have to be installed first). In such case, you have to go thru import process once again but this time import slider only.

Hello, If i want to display something for desktop and hide it for mobile in the html code there are both containers. So if i have a column with text formatted in a certain way for mobile and the same text formatted differently for desktop, if i do hide on mobile or hide on desktop both containers with the text will appear in the code. Is there a way that it wont be in the code? That the certain container will show only for the device i want without adding both text boxes in the code? Thanks

it still creates duplicate content in the HTML code.. you dont see it but in the code the content shows twice
Yes, indeed. Within this option the content loads and is being controlled by @media queries. If you want to load specific content per specific devices only, we do not have such feature included.

Can one license be used for 2 to 3 sub-websites – for different business verticals within the subdomain? or do i need a separate license for each subdomain too?
example: 1) health.xyz.com 2) food.xyz.com
where health and food will use different web site layouts in the subdomain health and food, of main domain xyz.com

yes, you can use same license for unlimited number of sub-domains but the whole trick is that you have to register license for main domain first and only then, you can register same license/key for its sub-domains.

“Now fully compatible with Elementor”
Well… It’s not. Only a handfull themes among the 500 are compatible with Elementor.
I’ve been using Wordpress since 2007 and I’ve been looking for the place where I can change the image on homepage (psychologist 2 layout) for about 40 minutes. Couldn’t found yet.
Ok, here is my final comment:
I wouldn’t recommend this theme unless you are good at using Revolution Slider plugin. A very limited number of BeThemes work with Elementor and in my opinion If you use Elementor you don’t need to deal with slider plugins. But BeTheme templates don’t work without sliders. This purchase was a big disappointment for me.

we are very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with this purchase. As the banner says, BeTheme is compatible with Elementor with 50+ BeTheme elements and dedicated pre-built websites. There is no information about 500+ pre-built websites built with Elementor as it would be simply impossible to transform existing ones built with Muffin Builder to Elementor.
If you visit https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/splash#websites on the left hand side, you have Layout filtration where you can filter only Elementor pre-built websites.
BeTheme demos works with Slider Revolution of course, you need them only if you want your site to look exactly the same as pre-built website and it does actually use slider.

according to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.
