I just tested your stream, you can listen to the music without any problem, but you can’t display the titles because the format is too old and not supported (is 16 years old actually, and dismissed because it was very easy to hack, to inject malwares in the client machine).

Hello! The theme comes with our player, if you want to use another one you are free to edit the website source code but our support doesn’t include similar changes, and sincerely is a big work because the player is linked to a lot of elements.
The player we will is a plugin and we either uses HTML.code or enable the player to be fixed at the bottom of the pages. What I needed to know is if using another player might affect the Ajax functionality or it will work fine? Thanks
The integration of third party components is not part of the support service, but you are free to do that. You can’t actually connect the existing album structure of the theme to your custom player, but you can hide the theme’s player if you want, and not use ANY of the theme’s player functionality. All this is not part of the support, so any code change required to make it work, is completely up to you sir.

Hello there, great idea to add elementor in your new upgrade, but it look as if it was an issue when using it in module section…simple layout like 3 colums are broken when using content section mode…so i can’t use elementor for adding content in modul mode main page…
Hello sir, you cannot put Elementor contents in the modules. Or you build the page with Elementor, or you build it with the classic modules. The contents of the modules are available as widgets inside of the Elementor builder, so you can basically create the same conents as the Modular page using only Elementor. It will use the new design for your items instead of the old ones. Please make sure to check the documentation about this. Every single new functionality is extremely well documented:

Hello, this theme doesn’t have this function for the moment. As you are the second customer asking for this feature we will keep our eyes open and add it as soon as we see a few more requests.
I’m very much glad you like our update sir and will keep your request in the list with all the other requests we receive, but can’t provide any priority or similar as we need to deal with tough times, an update which already took 1.5 months and costed about 15 thousands euros, and many more projects in queue that need our attention, so thanks for the request bu please don’t expect any udpate anytime soon about this as the budgets and the time are very limited nowadays.

On vice works perfectly too but please remember that Vice doesn’t show the radio song titles:

Hello, the new version of Vice only loads the API if the API key is entered. You can update anytime. Please note that we have a special page about upgrading from Vice 1 to Vice 2.
It takes about 10 minutes and will add Elementor support and a tons of new features to your site.
We also have a video showing the update process, is simple and automated except for the customizations.

Thanks for the info. Tried to update via ftp within wordpress, but broke my site. Do I switch to the child theme or another theme like twenty-twenty before overwriting the theme files via ftp or do I stay on the parent theme in wordpress?
You don’t need to switch theme, just make sure that the file transfer happens correctly and no file is skipped. Also please make sure to have php 7.3. After the update, you’ll be asked for the purchase code. The procedure is exactly as in the video, except the folder of the theme in the video is replaced in a local environment, but is no difference from an FTP transfer.

If you have cPanel you can use the cPanel PHP versione manager, if you don’t you need to ask to your hosting provider, Is usually a simple dropdown in your hosting settins.

Hi! 1) “soundcloud link is displayed with a youtube emoticon in the right top.” > this is not possible. The string of the input field is converted directly in icon. The icons reference is correct (the icon youtube shows the youtube icon)

Thanks will have the developer have a look on it on Monday. About the bottom space it seems you enabled the widgets but they are empty (in appearance > widgets)

Good evening, I have checked that in the near past iPhones did not support video in the background, so mobile was off in vice. Is this situation still the same or has anything changed and maybe we can play nowadays video backround on mobile and tablets ?! Thank you in advance

The demo is ready finally. We are experiencing some performance issue with the 3d interface (is a full 3d interactive animation so on older computers it’s a bit laggy) but by tomorrow we will close this and make the documentation. I think by Sunday it will be public.

At first sight looks fine and I will be able to say more after I can check the options and the abilities of customising each part. In general it shows more aggressive powerful and enriched in all ways. Now a thing that I have noticed that might be a demo bug is that anytime you click and enter to a page/category/widget etc and then you wish to go back and I used the “back” button of the website not my browser’s it just needed from 30 secs to a minute to load the previous “page” and in some efforts it simply stacked and looked like the site was crashed and in one last effort it simply disappeared (tab of browser closed) and got me in an envato market page in a new tab at my browser. Plus a quick Question, when the 3D background is set off and it is replaced from a video does the rest front graphics support the 3D animation when you put the cursor on ?! that’s one of the many cool new interactions that you have added
Thanks for your kind feedback. It seems the back button sometimes goes in loop with the Ajax page loading so we need to check into this and change the way it works.
This function was added after the testings so nobody probably tried it as external user, sorry for the inconvenience.
About your request: YES, you can turn off the 3D background (this is a plugin and has a switch on-ff.
The elements animation are instead a separate plugin with its own functionality, based on pure CSS/Javascript.
We will also make a clone of this demo with a video background so the people can just check it out.

hello, the new demo (with video background) is online. It uses the old design as alternative.
The fact for mobile is that much is still decided by each specific device and constructor. The theme implements every feature to work in mobile and it works on most of the devices (tested on iphone and samsumg s10+) but on some models it doesn’t display.
You can anyway upload the video in any format (some devices only reads some formats) while in our demo we only put mp4 at the moment.
But you can set a fallback image:

Hello. I am trying to get support but when I go to verify my purchase code on your website it says that it is not valid despite directly copying and pasting what I was presented by Envato.
Finally, two questions:
1. How do I get the pop-out menu (the one that pops out when you click the three lines at the top left) to show anything? Right now it just seems to show my favicon/the logo outside of the header, no links or any menu items.
2. How can I tell if I have successfully activated the additional features by entering in my license activation details? I see options for Radio listings and suspect that may be it.

1) Make sure to set a menu in Appearance > Menu > Locations https://prnt.sc/rxz16o2) At the moment, the extra functions are suspended because Beatport and Soundcloud are not giving away new API codes. Of course we have no control over this, let’s hope one day they’ll restore this service, untile then this is the only function that is actived with the activation code
