As I can see from the demo, the mobile version of facebook share button do not open the fb app, it just opens a browser version….whereas the other sharing buttons shares directly via the installed app. Is this a limitation or is is a bug ?

Ticket responses rate is slow… I had to disable the featured post for home page while I wait for response, cus the gap in between post are making my site look awful.

I’m not sure what you consider “slow”, but if you submitted the ticket over the weekend, I don’t typically answer tickets on weekends. However, I do answer tickets within 24 hours during normal business hours.

Pre-Purchase question …. Does zox support any feed aggregator so that it can automatically aggregate news feeds from different sources and display in the themed layout ?

I’m not exactly sure what you mean, you once you purchase the theme, you can make any custom changes to the theme files that you want.

This theme doesn’t show ad sense ads on mobile. Why is that?

The theme does show Adsense on the mobile version. If you are seeing an issue, it may be with the ad unit code you are using where it may not be responsive.

So if the ad unit isn’t responsive, it wont show on mobile. Is that why?
I can’t pay for support over this minor setback. Please do direct me on what to do. I have used the theme for over a year now for a client and it worked so fine without issues.
But it doesn’t show ad sense ads. Maybe you should check it out. Check other sites using the theme, their ad sense ads isnt displaying on mobile.
But its working fine on Desktop

I purchased this ZOX theme and the useless installer Wawuf says he cannot install on wordpress? He cancelled the job after about 2 weeks trying to work on it.. Is this theme even legit and can it be installed onto wordpress ? As I purchased a 400.00 business wordpress plan and annoyed that this theme cannot be installed on it? Is anyone else able to install it?
