When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality.

Yes, I understand that, but in this case is particulary with your theme that works with 5 logo images at the same time (default logo, light theme, dark theme, sticky, Fixed Advanced Header) So, it has to do with some thing that I need to exclude from W3, and as you develop the theme, should be able to direct me on which part may be causing the issue

You can use plugins that are not meant for specific demo in some other demo you like, but there’s no guarantee that the stilization for the listing will be applied, because when you import demo content you receive the original stilization for that demo. So basically, you can combine different demos with different plugins that are included in item package, but we have to note that there’s a possibility that you won’t get the desired style and that you’ll have to style your listing manually.

It seems like the Instagram developers changed their API lately so all Instagram-related feeds stopped working. Until we solve this, please try using this free plugin that works fine with all our themes – https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/

However, I do not think that Instagram has just updated the API. It’s clear that they communicated and even delayed the phasing out of the legacy API. The change was supposed to happen in March, delayed by a few months until the 29th of June. There has been plenty of time for developers to update their software to the new API. I have not previously deregister the domain and removed the wordpress installation.
I decided to install another bridge model in the same domain, but I didn’t do deregistration on the wordpress panel.
I installed wordpress again and uploaded the bridge to choose another model, eg. the theme 84 …
When I went to register the theme, the message that is already registered for another domain appeared.
Now I can’t deregister to register again on the same domain, can you help me, please?

Yes, you just need to deregister purchase code from old domain and remove the entire Bridge installation from there in order to use it on some other website. Hi, I had purchased the Bridge theme quite a long time back (July 2016) for a project which eventually got cancelled and never went live.
The theme was not used for that project and I still own a single license. I am now trying to activate the theme purchase code for a new project but it says that the purchase code is already linked to another domain.
I don’t remember registering the code with any other website and currently have no website using this theme. Can you plz help me activate my purchased license on my new project so I can import the demo?

NEW problem on a DIFFERENT site (again, I have purchased SIX licenses). The mobile menu is nowhere to be seen. I set dont color to black and yet you cannot see a thing on the white background. ALSO – the resize on the computer to keep text centered and in-line – does not translate to the mobile site well at all.

Previously, I bought and activated my Bright theme using the old domain, which now I no longer use it. Now I want to use my Bridge theme for the current domain: t-alab.com.
