Pre-order question: Can articles shown in the Featured section (Trending, Featured) be fixed? Regardless of the date it was published

You get to select which posts are displayed via a Tag of your choice, so regardless of what other posts are published, your featured posts do not have to change unless you have specifically tagged another post to be displayed there.

Can you pleas show where in documentation you have anything on making a post featured? I read it 3 times and cant find a thing about it, you only mention featured posts, but you never say how to make a post featured, you could’ve mentioned the part of documentation (if any) that says so.

Due to the nature of digital goods and the fact that you can’t actually give the theme back, a refund is not available. I have offered to help you through your issue at the Support Center and will do so if you submit a ticket. I do not answer support questions here, otherwise every customer would begin to submit questions here instead of at the Support Center, which would cause a great deal of confusion and I can’t make exceptions for some customers and not others. I hope you understand.

at least you can have an archived answers in your support site, so one can search. there are basic thins that has to be simple and available for users, like font size and date format, you are forcing users to use your prefrences rather than their’s , I hope I am mistaken

The theme supports any HTML or javascript ads, so as long as the ad code fits that criteria, it should work just fine.

Pre-purchase question: You stated that “posts in the Featured Posts section of the homepage will not be duplicated anywhere else on the homepage.” does this include post set with multiple categories? for example if a news article is set as tech and business as the categories will it be duplicated on the home page under both those sections?

Sorry for the delayed response since our internet has been down here for the past 2 days due to the hurricane.
But to answer your question, the categories don’t matter. If it appears in the Features posts, it will not be duplicated below. This is a pretty standard feature for most major news sites.

That is because they were likely uploaded before you installed the theme and you need to run a thumbnail regenerator plugin that will likely resolve that issue.

The images were uploaded after installing the theme, and I think that no plugin should be installed. I think the theme should already come with this integrated tool, so that the images come out or appear all the same. Maybe you could update your theme.

When posting a video post. It would be a lot simpler to be able to use the url and maybe have the site automatically generate the embed code for that. I’m having trouble grabbing youtube embed codes from my phone. It just gives me copy link option. Is this possible?

I would like to add the same AD you have placed on the DEMO on the very top, exactly in the same matter.
I’ve read the comments around here, and I saw some of the answers you provided, here is one as reference: “The ads are completely optional and will only appear if you place some ad code in the leaderboard box in the Theme Options. So, if you leave it blank, no ad will be displayed and the menu will stay at the top of the page with no gap for the ad.”
Can you please provide that CODE as the demo, so we can enjoy the same template? I purposely bought this theme for that option and design layout.
