Hi, I just wanted to know that can I create a wordpress blog with this theme, or is it just for creating static websites? As there is no option for blog in theme preview.

Yes, you can most certainly create a blog. Each of the four stacks in X includes a different blog style. Here are some examples of demos you can install to get started with a blog:

To clarify, you don’t need a license for Revolution Slider. However, you can purchase one to access additional content provided by the plugin authors.

I’m receiving Critical Error notifications every time I try to access plugins and tools outside of the theme – both Wordpress native and 3rd-party extensions (some of which you recommend e.g. Contact Form 7).
In addition to this, Design Cloud elements don’t install so I can’t access them.

Can We: import any demo premade template Then install woo-commerce extention
and turn it into ecommerce shop and select any catalogue page and product page template ?

You can definitely use any of our demos to build a shop (if you want something more integrated end-to-end we recommend Crafty).
The actual styling of your product pages/templates is set based on the Stack you are using, but they are all fairly ‘neutral’ with Integrity being more all purpose, Renew being flat, Icon being more minimal/modern, and Ethos being a little more creative.

Hi, I am managing an older site where is X 4.1.1, after updates there are problems with Cornerstone, however noone knows the license any more. We are willing to buy it again, however my question is – will it be ok to upgrade from 4.1.1 to 7.2 just by “switching”, or what procedure do you suggest?

As that version is several years old you’ll most likely have issues when updating, however there are multiple things you can do that will help.
First, be sure to check out this article. You can also see the changelog listed in the left hand side of the page.
Second, consider adding a child theme for any changes or customizations.
Finally, test the update in a staging/development environment so you are not messing with the live site.

Thanks for writing in. There isn’t a setting to hide the date, but it can be altered with a child theme customization. It could also be easily hidden with a bit of CSS. We’re not getting any other reports from users who are unable to access the site, so please try on a different browser or machine so we can look into the issue. It is probably the same issue that is preventing you from activating the theme.
I go to the “design cloud” section and click on the orange “get design cloud” button and NOTHING HAPPENS!! How am I supposed to download site themes and templates??? I’ve paid for this TWICE and it still doesn’t work!!
Now I get the error message… “Please log in again. The login page will open in a new window. After logging in you can close it and return to this page.”
This is a disaster. Activating cornerstone stops all of my shortcodes from version 4 from working. Turning on cornerstone shows me the “launch design cloud” button but then I get the “please log in again” error
...also I went through your forums and updated wordpress (because I knew you would ask me to do that) and not the revolution slider doesn’t work anymore either.

What you’re describing sounds like an issue with the server not being able to keep a user session logged in. However, due to the large number of customization options, it’s possible to violate the standards depending on how things are built out. We follow best practices for accessibility, so you should be all set sticking close to our demo content. We just can’t guarantee full compliance and have to recommend that you do your own accessibility audit after the site is completed.
Does this purchase include demo themes? I’m not sure the difference between a template and a demo, however, it would be nice to have a bank of pre-built sites to modify. Is that available with this purchase?

I am unable to update the design options for WP Bakery. Message displayed in Dashboard:
“Important notice: You have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it.”
When selecting “Open Design Options” the following message is displayed “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
I have reached out to WP Bakery and have been advised that the design options are disabled due to the X theme using integration code. Please advise on how to remove the integration code and whether this is advisable.

I have purchased the item. It was previously installed buy another designer. The new theme x installs but when i enter the code The new purchase code requires i register I cannot sign in. I have also tried to re-register and your site will not let me do this either.
