hi i want to use my theme(bridge) activation code but its showing its already used on another domain which i deleted can you help me to figure out this so i can you it on my own site.There is no option to delete code.Also i want to mention the site on which i used code is no longer in use so i cant delete from it.

Hello, I create a wordpress site with ovh and I registered the code purchase to activate the demo theme. After that I removed the all wordpress installation without deregistraire the theme. The problem now is: I want to register the theme on my new wordpress installation but I have a message said: Code is already registered for other domain and I can’t have a access to the wordpress because all the website is deleted. Hello, I have a problem on a site. The site is 2 years old, but recently when I update a page of the site, there are some images and CSS that do not load correctly. Instead, in the preview it loads the pages correctly. It does not occur on all pages or languages (the site is multilanguage with WPML). Has something similar happened to anyone? or any idea how to solve it? Thank you very much. Best Regards.

Please update your theme according to the tutorial we have provided, turn off all your 3rd party plugins as well as check if you have added some custom JS and if you have possible edited something else. As you do have a console log error that is causing your scripts to break.

Once this is done you can come back so we can check this again if the issue persist.

Hi. I want to use this image gallery https://bridgelanding.qodeinteractive.com/elements/image-gallery/ but it is impossible. The thing is that no matter which element I want to use , like Image gallery or Advanced image Gallery , image size feature is not working and on frontpage is displaying only one image (oversized), not like link I mentioned. I tried full, medium or thumbnail and it is displaying oversized image. I tried specific size, it is not working. What should I try to fix this ?

Why are there HTML snippets appearing under my blog titles on the BLOG page.

When I download the files from the download page and I open them, I don’t get a zip file inside so I’ve tried compressing it and uploading the slider but it gets rejected saying slider doesn’t exist.

If you follow the instructions from the video, you should be able to find inside of the downloaded file from themeforest, revslider folder and open the index.html inside of it. Once you do open this you will access all our themes sliders and you will be able to download them. Once you open the file you downloaded inside of the folder you will be able to see a slider.zip file which you can upload on your end.

Can you tell me why that doesn’t work, the page won’t show anything anymore! Autoptimize plugin: Force JavaScript in <head>? Load JavaScript early, this can potentially fix some JS-errors, but makes the JS render blocking.
