Hello, where can I change the background color of the first “row” of the header. There is a smile area where you can write for example “Newsletter” or add social media icons. And the background is black, I want to change the color.

I just imported the Elementor Ceramic Demo and the hosting company temporarily increased all the PHP parameters to allow this. All went fine and then it went upto 98% and said somethign went wrong…contact support.
However when i view the site most of it seems to be there at first glance. I’m just having trouble at the moment with the homepage displaying the product list nicely. the white background image doesn’t fill in the whole block – how do I rectify this?

Hi, I found the problem and it’s to do with the ‘default’ image proportion on those elements. Changed it to Original or Square and then the white background works good.
Another question, I’m trying to style my elements on homepage but it’s ignoring all colours I’ve set in Elementor page builder and only using the Qode Options ones. Why is it ignoring it?

It is a bit hard to guess like this. If you are somehow referring to the fonts then you should know that if you use text editor then our theme options will be applied. If you use headings instead of text editor you will be able to change the styles directly from the page.

So every Bridge update now is a “major update”? I have to say, the weekly “major updates” are frustrating to me and probably many other loyal Bridge users.
Can you please reconsider how you handle version updates? We shouldn’t have to think about possibly needing to update all client sites that use Bridge every single week.

There’s an unneeded scroll between “Coordonnées” and “Livraison” steps. When we click the checkout submit button it scrolls to the payment method. We are using multistep checkout plugin and that scroll is not needed. Can you tell us how to remove that scroll on checkout please ? I talked with the plugin support and the guy told me to deal with you cause the problem “comes from the theme”...

If I disable the plugin, of course the issue doesn’t persist cause there is no more the button from the checkout steps…

1. Yes it is, you can create a one page website for sure.
2. Our theme is compatible with WPML plugin, however it is not included within the theme and you will need to purchase it individually.
3. You do have our register/ deregister module. So if you are for example building your website on a testing domain you can simply deregister it and transfer it to a live domain later. You can read more about it here.
4. If you do have any issue you are open to contact our support team and their usual response time is within 24h.
