Hi! you are right the demo works! In fact, we are using 1.1.1.3 DNS wich is Malware and Adult Content Blocking – maybe you have to investigate why theaisle is considered as such and request to whitelist. Thanks!

I need to re-install the theme because I switch to another server. Why does it use the same domain? I deleted the files. Can you fix it from another server?

Have you updated your Instagram Api? I am getting a OAuthException and cannot reconnect the instagram account

It seems like the Instagram developers changed their API lately so all Instagram-related feeds stopped working. This is not the case just for our plugin, but all others that are relying on their system. We are in touch with them and we’re patiently waiting for solution. Until then we’d appreciate if you could be a little bit patient, there’s nothing we can do at this moment. If anything changes in the meantime we’ll provide the solution as fast as possible. Unfortunately we don’t have an option to enable pop-up on some pages only, sorry about that. Achieving this would require some custom coding, but since we are not in a position to provide any custom coding regardless of your support period, perhaps it would be best to hire a developer or a freelancer to help you out with this.

Hello, I had used the purchase code at local host and it was registered. Now i moved to my hosting and again setting up the theme on a different domain but getting an error “Code is already registered for other domain”. Is there a way i can deregister from previous domain and register it on the new one.

Dear sir/madame, i have bene useing this template for a while now. Since a couple of days i cannot edit my pages. I can add new products, upload pictures in my gallery but when i try to edit my home page or any other page, the block to edit does not go any further.
i have updated my WP to the latest version, updated all of my plugins. My WP Bakery page builder does not update beacuse i don’t have a direct license beacuase i bought it within these theme and am aware that after 6 months have to renew.
In this case i’m not going to renew or by a direct license beacuse i have been useing many themes and have differnt websites were it has not been updated and are still working fine.
Is ther something that can be done?

Hi there, For any screen resolutions 1025 px or less (tablet/ mobile width), we’re having a responsive issue with any content on our homepage’s first row.
