Also, we have started recommending the third-party Instagram Feed plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ to our customers, as the plugin is more specialized for Instagram, and we did not have any compatibility issues with it. Their plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the API changes so you could try it out until our developers find a suitable solution.

Please check that you have updated the theme and its plugins according to our article here.

WordPress itself supports PHP 7.2 (at least I assume you are using a fairly recent version of WP). Make sure your environment has either MySQL 5.6+ or MariaDB 10+.

Also, Bridge theme as any other premium Themeforest require a certain PHP and WordPress configuration setting. This has been clearly stated in our article:

Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them

Also as this is a server related issue, please contact your hosting provider service, they should be able to assist you.

Hello, I’ve imported a demo for Bridge, but when I click on pages/posts nothing shows up. (Only the loading logo). I tried it with importing several different demos, but the same problem everytime.

I wonder if this is because of PHP setting of my server, but I couldn’t edit it to recommended setting by Qode because I’m on the shared hosting and there is limit to it. I wonder if there might be a different cause to my problem or way to work around? Thank you!

Hello,before buy, all demos can edit with elementor?

Hi there,

Do note that we do have certain demos are built with WPBakery and certain are built with Elementor, you can choose from either one of them to customize your site. You can check our article about the differences here. So demos that has label Elementor will have native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content.

On demos that are made with WPBakery you could use Elementor but you will have to build your content to replicate the WPBakery demo, as you do not get the demo with Elementor.

As Bridge theme is Elementor compatible you do have all the theme shortcodes available to build the layout to your needs.

Hello, my system information shows

1.PHP Post Max Size 128M The current value is insufficient to properly support the theme. Please adjust this value to 256 in order to meet the theme requirements.

2.PHP Time Limit 120 The current value is insufficient to properly support the theme. Please adjust this value to 300 in order to meet the theme requirements.

3.PHP Max Input Vars 3000 The current value is insufficient to properly support the theme. Please adjust this value to 5000 in order to meet the theme requirements.

But my web host [siteground] said that he can’t improve these settings for me, what can I do, thank you.

I already activated purchased code in theme when I install theme.. Thanks for taking an interest! We do not have a testing environment unfortunately however we do have our theme documentation which can come great in hand to be able to get a better grip on how the theme functions and what possibilities you do have with it.

It would help to know which demo you refer to, so we can be sure to give you the correct answer. Thanks. Since this is not a standard WooCommerce option. You could try with some extension for this purpose https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-order-delivery/ But it does not have the geo location delivery.

Qode slider “image” suddenly not showing on mobile.

I have the Video setup for desktop – but when I go to check website on mobile, there is no image in the slider. It just has a black image and a circle that looks like is trying to load.

When I change the Slider to Image for Desktop…. the same black screen is shown for Desktop.

Is there is new bug with the theme for when Image is used for the Qode Slider?

Everything was working fine then it suddenly happened?

Found solution – deactived Ewww Image Minimiser plugin.

Very slow websites… I just created a website with 3 products on it and 10 pages and my google PageSpeed inshight score from google are 5-10 for mobile and 20-30 for desktop out of 100 and F Score with GTMetrix. All these extra functionalities and including their excesive js make the website super slow. You need to fix this!

When is the update of the core theme coming? because I get the message that none of my plugins are compatible with this version.

I purchased the Bridge theme from Envato market and registered with my domain. Unfortunately I had to uninstall my Wordpress today due to a tech issue occured and I couldn’t login to my wordpress admin (that was the tech issue) to deregister my purchase code before reinstalling Wordpress.

Could you please help me force deregister the code at your end so I can use the theme again? I don’t know if it’s caused by the theme was registered with my http:// domain name and now I reinstalled my wordpress directly onto https://.

Regarding bookly plugin, we didn’t tested it with our theme, so we can’t tell you much, but if you experience some conflict with that plugin, you can disable theme AJAX page transitions from Qode options > General.

We do see that you have some style issues which can be fixed by adding this code to QOde Options > General > Custom CSS
