If you want to connect Instagram to your website, it returns a 400 Oauth error. Issue is there for quite a while now, even in the latest version of the theme. Other than that, quite happy with the theme.

I had instagram feed working fine for last weeks but it was an error and i disconnected to reconnect the instagram account and now i get this error: “{“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Invalid scope field(s): basic”}” any clue what is happening and how to fix it please.

I did the upgrade and connect the instagram account but the home page stil not actualize the number of fan on the right sidebar and on the footer instagra feed it doesn’t show neither the image feed from instagram account connected

After the theme updating process, please make sure that you have cleared all of the caches, purged CDN files, and check how it goes. The error that occurs in the application is only this, before there were much more. Being now only this we advise you to open a ticket to support the theme by highlighting it and understand with them why this specific error of their “td-cloud-library” part occurs and then cascade on other files always related to them. In the specific case it would seem that there is a very large query that the theme code cannot close because it lacks part of the layout. (if you can make a ticket to get their opinion it would be optimal, given that once this error has been solved the db would be almost perfect with zero php errors).
In the last few days the wordpress adminbar has also disappeared from the frontpage admin side. I await an answer

If I create a Page and place it in a Category (through Taxonomy or any other plugin), will the Page show in my content?
Some themes only have ability to show and organize Posts within Categories, but not Pages.

Pages cannot have categories by default, only posts can have categories. Adding categories to pages is not a default WordPress capability, and the theme does not provide any options for it. Let me know if you have more questions.

We are facing a very weird issue with your theme.
Whenever I am embedding something in a post the preview of the iframe or any youtube video or anything related to the previews are not showing.
This is started some days back when we update the theme.
I have checked when I disable the tag-div-composer plugin the preview comes up and works fine but as soon I used the default theme tag div editor the previews are gone.
We need to use the tag-div-composer because the whole website structure depends on that.
Please help us as soon as possible.
And also the child theme the old one which we have been using previously is not working with the new update it’s breaking the website.

That is correct, the composer must be active at all times, it is a required plugin. We could take a look at the issue with the embeds you mention, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide an example, also admin login. Regarding the child theme, was this created before update 10? There have been changes made by us to the theme files, also the file structure has been changed https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/ The child theme may have to be re-made.

The previews work on the WordPress backend but on the frontend, it does not show up. You can create any new post using tag div composer with any embedded youtube video or content which has previews it will not show up on the frontend.

i installed this theme but got XMLRPC attacks. There are like 500+ hidden posts now which are unauthorized and website gives error randomly “Error establishing database connection” error is displaying on the site.

That could happen regardless of the theme used from what I can see https://kinsta.com/blog/xmlrpc-php/ You could disable it as mentioned in that guide, and try to increase the security of the website through various methods if possible. I have created the support ticket. Thank you for your reply. Do you know how to delete all those unauthorized post – i have my server backed up but this attack has been occuring since July 6th - so is it better to delete those unauthorized post from db or restore from back up of July 5th?

All the demos are made with the composer, their content and templates can only be edited with it. You can create new content with other page builders if this is required, but do not edit the demo content with them, only with the composer.

The mobile theme doesn’t have infinite loading, are you trying to add this with a plugin? You could check the HTML with the browser inspector https://prnt.sc/tgobtu and try the IDs, classes from there, but I can’t say which ones you should use exactly, or of this will work.

They are just for demo purposes, they can be replaced with your own ads once you purchase the theme and install the demo you want. The theme supports Adsense ads, but also most other types of ads. You can simply enter the ad codes you use, in the theme (there may be other requirements depending on the ads).

I can’t provide any advice regarding the ads you should use for the website. You can use the ads you want. The theme doesn’t have options for Patreon, Stripe and Apple Pay, maybe what you want to do can be done with plugins, that can add the needed options.

There wouldn’t be much else to say, what the theme provides is simple. It provides ad spots and ad box elements in which you can enter the ad codes you want to use, and the theme will load them. That would be all. If you require more complex ad management capabilities, you can try some plugins that offer the options you are looking for. There should be quite a few plugins to choose from and manage the ads on the website.

Hi, I updated to the last version but still have the problem of the featured image disappearing when I save the draft or update an already published post.
It happens after saving 2 o 3 times and I don’t know how to solve it, I can only set again the image and save.
