A few pre-purchase questions: is theme actively updated (future-proof)? Looks like last update was in Jan 2020 so forgive me that I’m worried if glitches start to show up due to Wordpress or Woocommerce releases – my client will be trouble. Also, I saw a tag on the side, but just wanted to double-check, multi-language with WPML is supported, right?
Also, can default colours be customized? Obviously one can change colours in Elementor widgets but I’m more concerned about ‘hard coded’ things which I might not be able to change. Thanks.

In the BeTop theme was used the Elementor Header/Footer page plugin, in order to display the Header on the page you need to set the Display option for the Header.

Where is located the Elementor Header/Footer plugin? Is this the Elementor plugin? Why wasn’t this imported automatically in the Demo import? How can I edit it? Where the Display Option for the Header located on the Page settings? Please take in mind that this is time consuming for me too if you don’t assist in a correct way I will put bad review and install another theme to my client.

Hello. İ bought and installed the theme. after i installed demo content for health coach theme has problems at frontend. its just showing posts on blank page. without footer and header just posts showing on the page with weird angle.
i tried to signup and leave a ticket at https://support.stylemixthemes.com/ but when i try to add a new subscription with my purchase code it says ” No sale belonging to the current user found with that code ”.

I was looking at Materstudy Theme and I also came across yor BeTop Theme.
I will be setting up primarily a series of classes / workshops portal. Hence I think the GoTOp theme is better fior my purpose except it doesn’t have the following:
1. Become a Teacher/Trainer in MasterStudy 2. Zoom Meeting Integration in Classes.
Please advise how we can make it happen so I can proeed to purchase the theme and start building my site.

I understand that group sessions are pre-configured. For one on one coaching, can customer book time slots based on their availability. My idea is to sell via woocommerce a block of sessions. Then the customer can book when it is convenient for them to attend the training.
Woocommerce booking plugin by automatic can do that. Can that be incorporated into BeTop?
Then I will have ONE on ONE and Group Sessions to offer to my clients. Because of the CCP Virus Problem.
I want to offer online coaching or training. Your Zoom Meeting Conference Plugin will be perfect to be integrated into this theme.

The classes in the theme by default are Woocommerce products.
There is no options in the theme for the Instructors as in the MasterStudy theme. We have replied all the available features in the MasterStudy theme in the comments of the MasterStudy theme directly. While the Be Top theme is completely separate theme and it doesn’t include the features of the MasterStudy theme in general. Judging from your reponse, can I conclude that you guys don’t give a damn about customer needs and try to assist perspective buyers with the themes you sell. Does that mean you sell themes like in the supermarket, Themes are not oranges or apples you see in the store.
It happens I see you already have the functionalities I require to set up my portal.
Instead of trying to see how you can make i happen for me. Your response shows that you don’t care about your customers period. This is very disappointing.
It is very common that a single theme does not satisfy a customer’s business requirements. Hence I came back to your company to ask for how you an help me to get it done.
Especially both the MasterStudy and BeTop theme come from the same author I presume!
Your booking appointment page on your BeTop Theme design definitely needs improvement. Because nowadays who on earth will download a static schedule . Most of the appointment scheduling will sync with Google Calendar or Outlook etc..
the reason I am leaning towards BeTop because it is Elementor based whereas Masterstudy is not.
I don’t know if your theme authors are freelancers or what..

Please note, most of the images will be replaced due to the license. If you want to use the demo images on your site you need to purchase them separately from fotolia.com. Moreover, you can easily change them with your custom images via editing the page. Your created ticket will be checked according to the ticket ID queue

I am not talking about the image license the section ti even add inages is bot there as you can see there is no placeholder + the spacing is messed up and the font is different, so if we are not going to get the same demo as yours today please just accept the refund and we will use a different theme

We need a functional site, just provide a refund and we use a diffrrent theme or fix the issues, On PC the header and services page is messed up and on mobile the menu doesnt appear normally

Hi, first of all, I want to thank you for the beautiful theme, I really like it, and I hope if you can help me with this issue as I am trying to improve my site-building skill using elementor.
I have Imported the template and I rebuild it with only elementor pro + hello theme, to train a little bit and master using elementor, but I got stuck with the page layout.
because the second I import it to hello theme the whole page get a boxed layout (IMG: https://i.postimg.cc/KYMhbxQs/boxed-layout-probelm.png )
if I set the content within elementor to full width I will loose the boxed content ( img : https://i.postimg.cc/T2SjLxcc/problem.png )
somehow your theme fixes this problem and uses both of full width for image columns, and boxed width for the other section.

In order to disable the boxed mode, please indicate the Full-width option for the section [https://prnt.sc/spjhex]

I already tried to do just that but I got another issue which is the second I turn on full width on the section I lose that padding on the other columns ( it only looks fine for the first section)

I hope you can share with me the best way to implement that because I tried to add some padding on left and I find it hard to do this for all sections and I probably will never get the same result.
