Hi, I’d like to use custom block to show some part of main menu with image banner. For example, 1st column shows typical menu style and 2nd column shows image, etc. How to set CSS for this 1st column? When I made it, it is standard ul,li style and I want them to be exactly same look so end user won’t notice the difference between menus.

WooCommerce 4.3.0 has been released only a couple of days ago, and we already tracked it. The latest Porto version 5.4.1 is already compatible with the latest version of the WooCommerce, but only a single template of the Theme has become outdated with this version of the WooCommerce, but no need to worry, it will not create any issue on your site, You can update it on your site.
And we are working on the new Theme update with which we will update that template as well. So please be patience till that and Enjoy using Porto

Regarding those plugins testing with new version, those plugins will be tested by the plugins Author.

Hi, is there a way to have a different menu for the mobile users? The mega menu customization don’t look very good in the drop down for mobile users. No, by default this is not possible, as there is no option to set the different Menu for Mobile version of the site, This requires Customization.

We have some request to fix at search area.
We are using default porto theme search box feature enabling Live Search, Search by SKU, Search by Product Tag, this more power feature comparing to other plugins.
We are receiving our user comments on website search box.
Comments are: They are requesting us to enable the feature, even though customer can click enter button / clicking on search icons with mouse after place the item code while searching process.
once customer place item code on the search box immediately he click on enter button / site search icon the function is not working, it is not showing the product please take screen shot: https://prnt.sc/tj18sc
we would be more thank full, that you would able to enable this feature for us / next your update.
I strongly believe that this not a big deal, why because you covered many of the featured within $59 for your beloved clients.

Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Yes, please try with YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search plugin, please go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and Install and Activate the YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search plugin from there, and turn OFF the Theme live search then it will show the result on Search Result page, This is how it works and if you wants some extra functionality like Search by SKU and Product Tags with YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search plugin then you have to purchase the premium plugin separately, but before purchasing the plugin please ask all about from plugin Author.

This is because you have added the Custom CSS in Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS which is creating this issue for you, please see the below-given screenshots and you have to finds and remove that CSS code and it will solve your issue.

Ok. I got it. Thanks for answers . But… our problem is why in Google reports this link is reported as Uncrawlabe Link. We first thpught about removing the code, as it is a dispensable button for our website. But just hiding it doesn’t work, Google keeps reading and pointing it out as an error.

Well the “standard import” was disabled, so actually i was trying the first time the alternative button, and then i got the issue that the process started but stuck after a few seconds.. just loading and nothing happening (maybe the 120 not enough even the alternative import)
Be careful with this theme, it has javascript issues. We tried to use it and the support guys constantly fobbed me off saying it was issues with a plugin. The same plugin works fine on several other themes.
Would be great if it worked.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but this is not the Theme issue and nor any plugin issue.
From what I understand this seems to be a bug on chromium which affects libraries that point to source maps. This would affect some chrome extensions too.
This issue has been happening since February (which is when #9732 was opened), and they are planning to fix it most likely in their next release, version 82.
Now I know the issue is annoying but doesn’t seem to be related to Theme.

This may be because of the confliction of any third party plugin, OR may be the server issue.
1. First, please deactivate all the third party plugins and check back your site after removing the server, site and browser cache OR on a fresh new browser, If this will solve your issue then again activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.
2. Second, try to change your hosting and Install a fresh new WP and Theme on any other hosting without any third party plugin and then try on a fresh new browser, If that will solve your issue then it means it was your old hosting issue.
Otherwise, please try to contact the WP support.

I’ve spent a lot of time going through this with support and they constantly fob me off telling me its not their problem.
We tried 3 different servers, all with clean installs(no 3rd party plugins) and the problem keeps happening when we use Porto.
When we change to a different theme the problem goes away on all 3 servers, no conflicts with 3rd party plugin. The problem is present in all browsers we tested – Chrome(OSX/iOS), Safari(OSX/iOS), Firefox & MS Edge
It’s a shame because you have created a really nice theme, but there is clearly an issue that’s not being addressed.

I am sorry but I have tested it at my end with my test site and no such issue appears and thousands of our Customers using the Theme but never reported such issue, the only issue appearing at your site, please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site and also share our site with you as well having same Theme but no such issue and it will clear that the issue is not from our Theme. Hope it make sense…
The “Porto members” element works pretty poorly.
1) Ordering the members does not work. It simply ignores the the “Order” post attributes of the members. They are ordered by creation date, which can be pretty inconvenient.
2) Selecting specific “Category IDs” in the “Porto members” element does not work. It remove the filter but still shows all the members.
3) When using multiple pages (e.g. 10 contact per page) the filtering works only for the current page. So if I have a category “executive” and there are no executives on the first page, then it just shows nothing, even though there are “executives” in the rest of the pages.
It should not filter only the current page. It should select the filtered attributes from all pages and then reset the pagination.
Please look into the issue, since current behaviour makes the “Porto Members” element pretty bad…

This is because the image has been set as a background image and background-size as cover, that is the reason it is covering the complete space, you have to change it using Custom CSS. Please try with the below-given code, Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache.
