Porto WordPress is already Optimized and Super Fast Theme and Porto WordPress also has the site Speed Optimization Wizard as well, and sorry to say that but we have not tested the AMP with the Theme yet officially so we are unable to suggest you on it, If you want you can try it with the Theme.

Hello porto, i have some queries regarding the demo import. First: I imported (Home Corporate 1) Demo and after when i started customization i’m unable to change the Demo Revolution slider, i want to use my own Slider but there is no option in WPbakery. please tell me how can i change that slider.

1. Please edit your Home Page and scroll below you will find view options and under view options, you will find “Banner Type” set as Slider Revolution, so you have to change the slider from there as per your requirements.

Hello , I have a problem in mobile devices. Product ADD TO CART Button and Price for the products are not showing in Mobile device when i open website from any mobile device.. But in live theme option customization page when i see mobile device page it is showing the option. But in actual device not showing. can you please help out?

1. Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Catalog Mode and turn the Price and Add to Cart ON from there if you are using it.
OR
2. Please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce and un-check all the Options of “Select roles to see price” from there, save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.
If this will not solve your issue then please deactivate all the third-party plugins and check back after removing the browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve, otherwise, please share your site WP-Admin Login details via our support system and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that we will check it for you.

The Slider images are cropped on Mobile version because it has been set as cover, but on the mobile version, you have to set it as contain for showing complete images, for that you have to use Custom CSS, Please try with the below given one, Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Home Page Custom CSS option and check your site after removing the browser cache of mobile.

All Changes in porto theme options aren´t visible on the life site, they´re only visible if we go to customizer.
That´s very strange. After the latest update our header and footer color changed and porto theme options doesn´t change anything on the life site anymore, the typographies aren´t changeable, too, like i said the changes only appear on the customizer page.
Can you help us with this please?

Hello, i checked the article and deactivated wp rocket. Nothing changed. The admin version is a different then the live site, the customizer page is also different.
There are issues since the last updates. In the admin page our header is black, on mobile page its white, all settings in porto theme options are correct as they allways were, everything changed since the last update. Wp rocket was always active and there were no problems at all.
Please check this out, there´s something wrong.

We need a fix for this. It´s like the update broke porto and our site.

- Can I import all my products? if yes do you have a example? I like to know if my import will work - How many EAN’s/GTIN’s can I add to a product? - Is there a widget for the translation? And can change translation myself? - How can I add other payment methods? - Is there a way to make a product feed for a external website(master/custom)? - Can I export transaction details automatic to a external party? We are using a external transporter - is there a demo login?

1. Yes, you can Import your products using any third-party plugin, we have not tested any of the specific plugins with the Theme for this reason, and many of our customers already done this and imported their products on site.
2. Again you have to use any third-party plugin for it and you can use as many as possible the plugin provides you the functionality.
3. If you want to translate your site in a single language then you can use Loco Translate plugin like this:

and if you want to translate your site in Multilanguage then you have to use WPML or Polylang plugin for this purpose as per your requirements.
4. Store and Payment functionality is provided by the WooCommerce plugin, our Theme does not have any influence on it, so you can read all about it in WooCommerce official doc here:

5. Again this is the default functionality of the WooCommerce plugin and yes you can simply set the product as External/Affiliate product, please read the below-given doc:

I have updated one of my clients’website to the latest version of porto and it has changed the style, color, typography of menu and footer. Although all the styles are right in the theme option I tried exporting/importing the theme option from the life website to the staging one, but still the menu and footer did not obey to them. It is as if the menu and footer styles (from the update) override the real theme options specifications. Even if I change the color of the menu, in the theme option, lets say to the red, nothing changes in the front. I can not do anything. Can you help me?

Dark Mode….I went to theme options…skin..Layout and chose Layout Background type to Dark. In the elementor 4 demo. the background went dark for some area. The header and featured products area did not go dark. reamains normal while the rest of the theme went dark. Any suggestion for a fix? Thanks

And same as for Featured Products background, you have to edit that row and change the background color from the Row >> Design options.

Can i import only one demo page like services page? or the only way is to import all unnecesary demo pages to obtain only one predefined page.
This is important to me because i really like all the examples and i want to get its on any time and not only on the start of the website (initial i’m going to remove all unnecesary stuff).
PD:the question is about the content available on demo import, portal studio has not the same pages.

There are 2 possible ways:
1. Porto Studio, and as you said that the page you want is no longer available, then you have to move on the second way.
2. Please Install the Theme on Localhost or Test site and Import the Demo from which you want to copy the pages on your main site, and also Install the Theme on Live/Main site and Import the Demo you want to use on your main site. Now copy the home Page from a Test site to Live site and It will work for you, But the main issue is you can only use the single license of the Theme on a single Domain/Site and this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well, Now how to transfer the License from Test to Live site and vice versa please read and follow the instructions written in this article:

It turns out the issue is that trying to save changes in the Porto Theme Settings is triggering ModSec rule 300015 for some reason, which is an SQL injection protection rule, so you have to disable this rule server-wide until you are in the development process, as the ModSec rule that was getting triggered is one of the standard WHM/cPanel rules as of one of the newer versions, so more and more servers are going to have this rule enabled by default.
So please contact your hosting provider and ask help on this and then recheck your site after removing the browser cache.
Hi! My theme is updated and registered even my WordPress version and WooCommerce. But every time someone post a comment on a product, that product image will not appear. Then when I trash the comment on dashboard, the product image will appear again.

so try to remove the site cache and deactivate the cache plugins and then login to your server and go to wp-content and finds and delete the cache plugins and also remove the server cache and deactivate it, till you are in the development process. I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.
