Yes, ConvertPlug is included – we link out to their site so you can learn more about the plugin and see how it works. We don’t have any examples of including ads, but one option would be to do it in a sidebar widget. Any of the demos you see with sidebars would be places that ads could be displayed. You could also use the page builder to put them in specific spots on your pages.

Yes, we will support it. If a plugin is provided as part of our Extensions, you can receive support from us directly.

Yes, all the demo content you see is included. You can install it with one click from Design Cloud after validating the theme. You will also want to make sure Slider Revolution is installed and activated. It is included with X as part of our Extensions and can be installed with one click as well after validation.

Hi there, I purchased this a few days ago and am disappointed to see the WooCommerce plugin is outdated. I have used theme x before so I assumed I wouldn’t run into an issue so early on when I just purchased this. I’d like to refund this purchase as I need to find an alternative. I don’t have time to wait for a new update to come around for Woocommerce. Please advise.

Because WooCommerce is a separate plugin that we integrate with, you can simply update it to the latest version from WordPress.org. In fact, if you install WooCommerce through the Integrated Plugins section it will be installed at the latest version. There aren’t any compatibility issues we are aware of. Please revoke my code. I used it on my previous website and I deleted that. Now I started making another website and installed theme and it says -

First I would advise double checking that the zip file you are installing is the installable theme files. It should be around 7MB. There are two files you could download and the full is much larger because it includes all the extensions. If you’re certain you’re using the theme zip file and still get that message you could ask your host to increase the PHP upload limit.

It’s possible that the header widget area is not enabled. This can be turned on from Theme Options > Header > Widgetbar. It will enable a button that you can click to reveal the header widgets.
But I do not want that re collapsed header. I want the actual header up there all the time without clicking the plus sign.
The collapsible widget area is the intended functionality of the theme. Something like what you’re mentioning would require customization to the theme as the header widget areas are meant to stay out of the way of the normal flow of your page and not push your content down too far.

Hi, I want to buy x theme for my blog. But before I make a purchase I want to clear few things up.
x theme allows you to display posts in grid format by using the grid / essential grid plugin. So, I can easily call grid on any page using shortcode. But what about category pages? How to enable grid layout on posts in category pages?

Thanks for reaching out. Regretfully, at this time there isn’t a way to do this without using some customization code. The code in that article should still work using a child theme.
Hi How to get ride of “assign a menu” in the footer? I dont what to have any menu in footer.

No problem! There is a way to disable it. It will show “Assign a Menu” as a reminder when you the footer enabled, but haven’t assigned one yet. Under Theme Options > Footer there is a toggle to turn off the Footer Menu entirely.
