Please make sure that the file of font you are trying to upload must be the complete and (.zip) format file, otherwise, it will not work, it only accepts the complete and (.zip) format file of the font.
Please download the complete and (.zip) format file of the font from Google again and try to upload it from Porto >> Theme Options >> Font Control, it will work for you and if not then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check and solve the issue for you on your site.

Hi, It’s regarding Shop 17 Demo, do we need YITH Ajax Search plugin for Porto, it has it’s own search function now? Asking this coz, it seems Porto live search only works when YITH is deactivated/not installed but when we got to Porto Setup Wizard, it still keep asking to either install/activate this plugin.

Read that article, search functionality seems useless the way it is currently implemented. To search SKU and Tags, customer needs to click the result, it doesn’t work by clicking search button or pressing enter.
- How can you expect a customer to know this clicking restriction. If there are 15 search results by product tags, you are expecting a customer to scroll through the list and click that particular product, and if the product is not customer is expecting, they have to go to search box and try finding it again, We will surely loose customer/sale in this scenario.
- If live search is Off, categories and sub categories are shown and YITH Ajax search is installed, search doesn’t honor selected category. It will always search in all the categories, and on search result page it also resets selected category to all categories.
- Please let me know the procedure to replace default search form with the YITH ajax search form. We need to add this code to the theme

I am sorry for the inconviniance, but this is how the Live Search works and this is what Live Search means, it shows the result in Live Search dropdown and not worked with clicking on search button.
Now, for you, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.
And If you wants the functionality of Live Search with Yith WooCommerce ajax search then this requires Customization and here we only provide our dedicated support for the Theme Options related issues only, so if you want our paid Customization services you can contact our Customization team or hire any developer as well.

You can try with Yith WooCommerce Ajax Search premium plugin as well, but before purchasing the plugin, please ask plugin Author that the functionalities you want is possible with plugin or not, If the answer will be YES, then you can purchase it and use it.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you can not hide\disable, the Porto Studio, as this is the default functionality of the Theme and there is no such option to hide\disable it, if you do not want to use it, simply do not click on Porto Studio button.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 16/06/2020. According to the Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

This is not the Theme and nor WooCommerce issue, but this is the Elementor issue on your site, please check your site console and you will be able to see the issues, it is not allowing to run/load the CSS files on your site, most of the times, this happens because of the PHP version, Elementor works fine with PHP version 7.4, so please set the site PHP version as 7.4 and then again try on a fresh new WP, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Edit; I rearranged it, - PHP Version 7.4 - I uploaded demo content again - Web Site Cache deleted
But there has still been no change. So this theme doesn’t work right now.

Hi Guys, I would like to add more product meta data to the single product page, at the moment it displays SKU, Categories and Tags but I would like to add more. How would I go about doing this?
Also I added a new attribute called Grade but can’t get it to display on the product pages, it is not used for variation just to display the quality of the item. Can I do this?

1. By default you can only show the SKU, Categories and Tags on single product page and you can turn this ON/OFF from Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product only, If you want to show some more items then this is not possible using Theme Options, and requires Customization.
2. The Attribute will only show on the product pages when you will use it with the products, otherwise, it will not display and this is the default functionality of the Theme.

Yes I understand this can’t be done through Theme Options but was wondering where you have added this so I can take a look myself? Also is it possible to add a custom meta in a future release or edit existing one through theme options?
Regarding attributes is there a way to add an attribute that the customer can’t clear? I can add an attribute with a default value but this can be cleared by the customer.

Yes, you can, You can simply copy and page from any Demo on your main site by following the steps listed below:
Please Install the Theme on Localhost or Test site and Import the Demo from which you want to copy the pages on your main site, and also Install the Theme on Live/Main site and Import the Demo you want to use on your main site. Now copy the home Page from a Test site to Live site and set it as Home Page by selecting it from WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> Reading, or like the same way you can copy any page from the test site to live site and It will work for you.

Notification is not going away because of Porto Theme – Functionality. I am using Rank Math seo plugin. While using this plugin i am not able to get rid of the notification We detected new post type(s) (portfolio, event), and you would want to check the And i contact them. They said,
The notification is coming up because the plugin Porto Theme – Functionality is adding the post types to your site. They however don’t seem to show up when Porto Theme is active. This is just the notification, and this is the default one, If you do not want to use those Custom Post Types, you can turn them OFF from Porto >> Theme Options.
And just leave the notification as it will not harm your site and if you use the Porto Functionality plugin then that notification will appear and if you do not want to appear that notification while using Porto Functionality plugin then third requires Customisation.
Please do not reply as leave the notification as it is, it will not harm. If i need to leave as it is why i have to contact you. It is annoying to have such notification. And what do you mean by “third requires Customisation” at the end.

That is the point, We have not tested the Rank Math plugin with the Theme yet officially and nor that plugin is in third party plugins compatible list confirmed from our end here:

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the Rank Math plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.
You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme for you.
Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.
Hope you can understand our limitations.

You have to override the Parent Theme functions by using Customization in Child Theme.
