The error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look. The message have to be send privately via contact form which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact

we found that you have few errors in JS console. What we recommend is to deactivate all extra plugins because one of them might be the culprit. However, if this won’t help, please remove all theme files via FTP and exactly the same way, upload the most recent version of BeTheme.

Hello, I fixed the errors they were caused by mailchimp script. But Again how can i achive the zoom on product effect?
Zoom on hover should be enabled by default in Woo. Please make sure, you did not disabled it with Product image option located under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop > Single Product section.

In such case, please disable all 3rd party plugins as one of them or its combination might be the reason of this weird behave.
Hey there… Tried upodating via the wordpress update, did not work, states package is empty. So I downloaded the package via theme forest. Updated the theme, works fine. Now I just have the same issue with updated the included plug-ins (revslider f.i.). Same issue: states package empty. I have removed the plug-in via FTP to do a ” fresh install” which normally works. But helas… The system still gives the emptyv package error. Help please?

So, if you want to change icons, you have to do it with custom css declarations.

You can restrict the css declaration to one page only. Just use .page-id-xxx, at the beginning of custom css rule, where xxx is page id.

My agency took on a client site that has BeTheme. We need to buy a new license since the previous agency owned the theme license.
I am unsure what kind of license they have with BeTheme so I don’t know which license I need to buy to make sure they don’t lose any of the bundled plugins or functionality they have with their current license. I would like to get the standard license.

I went into my functions.php though and there’s no script for either false or true, so I don’t understand how white label mode is enabled?
You are checking the wrong file then or your theme files been modified in the past by your developer because this declaration is by default in original theme files.

question about WooCommerce is more to plugin’s author. As BeTheme supports WooCommerce plugin, anything that comes with this plugin should be possible.
According to Polylang, we’ve never used it thus can not guarantee its compatibility but as far as we knows, some customers use this plugin and it does work.

What I mean is, for example: Currently on Mobile + Tablet it shows the hamburger icon + Search icon + action button. which is great – but I want to increase that breaking point so that it keeps showing the hamburger icon + Search icon + action button on Desktop as well… I do not want to show all the menu items on Desktop, I want the hamburger icon. Don’t understand why that this is not a standard feature.
If you want hamburger menu icon on desktop, then why you won’t set Simple or Empty header style under BeTheme Options > Header & Subheader > Header section?
Because then it does not show the search icon + action button?
If you change it to simple or Empty, which are the only options to show hamburger on Desktop, then you cannot show the search and action button…. otherwise that would have solved my issue yesterday
In such case, we need the access we’ve asked for previously to have a closer look on what you did so far and if it would be possible to display it the way you like it. We have to check if it could be done with some css customizations.
I’ll figure it out with CSS. Not comfortable sharing login details to a client site. Just thought you would have a solution (either a template file to edit, or direction as to where to go look) as this is not an uncommon question.
Would be nice if you can upgrade the theme so that at least you can allow for the Action button and Search icon to be on the header as well, when choosing Simple or Empty header style under BeTheme Options > Header & Subheader > Header section.

How do I replicate this on my site. The Alt text is set in media but not showing my end.
ALT tag is being taken from site title so you have to set site title if your alt tag of the logo is empty.
I have both site title and tagline filled and the alt for the logo is empty. It has a title which matches the site title but no alt text.
In such case, please remove logo from media and upload it again as the issue might be related with previous theme or 3rd party plugins.
Testimonials doesn´t have some option for jump from every testimonial automatically, like some slider? Thanks.

yes, there is such option of course. To make them slide automatically, you have to set timeout for Testimonials slider under BeTheme Options > Global > Sliders section.
