There is an issue in my website I’m using(eduma theme) learnpress . User buy a course with successful payment in paypal. But user not enrolled in course. (the autoenrolled checkbox is enabled) Please revert ASAP.

Support, can you explain why its such a difficulty to access your instructor demo? It has been a total waste of my time and frankly not a good experience. One would think with 24,000 total sales you’d have this process down by now. Please make it easy, have demo password and instructor/learner credentials tested often and posted in top section of your site.

Also If its not too much of a secret send me a working password for instructor with few demo courses already set up.

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to develop a plugin so that I can register and have access reports and progress of classes of students, and not just an individual student. For example: I need to register “biology class 1”, where there will be 100 students registered for this class, at the same time that I will have “biology class 2” with 50 registered students, all classes with access to the same courses, however, I need the reports separate from each class.

We just tried to use Elementor and the site not even goes wide like with Site Builder it only shows up boxed, the content is totally distorted and don’t look like if you install it with sitebuilder – What happened to thimpress as until now – before Elementor – you were pretty reliable but since Elementor the site lookd really like Crab. I am really missing your former love for details and support but the Elementor import is just the opposite of that.

What do you actually recommend to use ???

We started years ago with site origin as it was the only one available and it was much faster than wpbackery but usability for editors is not so good. Elementor is a bit slowr than wpbackery but has much better usability so we liked to check that out and are pretty frustrated to be honest.

Why are you not preparing you template to ONLY use Gutenberg – much easier and 100% the wordpress way. All your templates are already build on no sitebuilder.

Questions: as we actually wanted to demonstrate a potential customer that elementor is working too – and it was a 100% disaster!!! 1. How to get the same demo look and feel in Elementor like in SiteOrigin fast loading and most of all full width banner and mega menu working and not containing blank stuff. 2. What site builder you recommend to use??? 3. Is the Theme working with DIVI which would actually much better than Elementor, Siteorigin or WPBakery 4. Is it working with OXYGEN as that would make the Theme really fast loading? 5. When is the Theme coming with Gutenberg Blocks, these questsions we coudl ask also for all your other themes we try to promote to customerts i.e. Course Builder

Members (teachers) will create their own content, but it will not be public except for their own followers.

If users (students) wants to watch the content of a single member, they will have to subscribe to this Member.

Each Member will be able to put the quota that they consider of their content.

Users have to pay a recurring payment, for example, each month.

When the members receive the payment, the website’s administrator will receive a fee for each payment made.

I have enabled login pop-up option but the login page stil appears as the default wordpress login. How do i get the login screen to appear in pop-up?

This is frustrating the demo data does not import as demo home pages. Not one is formatted correctly. I’ve deleted re-installed etc.

I just bought the template(EDUMA) and installed it on WordPress, but all the demo are destroyed. When I install any demo its not working properly and its very slow and never works on the mobile in addition to that the templates do not work and do not appear on the site. I am very sad for that, especially since I need the site urgently, and I do not have enough time to wait in addition to that the template is very expensive and I bought it. Therefore, I need an expert to work on this problem, and I do not mind that the support was given permission to enter the site and see the problem themselves and fix it as soon as possible.
