Is there any way to move the Show Sidebar in Navigation (for mobile) to the right side of the screen on product page. Looks like I can’t find this option? It interferes with images and text. Thank You.

One more question: in theme options: Woo-commerce – Product Archives – Shop Page Product Columns: if I select 4 – only 3 columns show on the shop page? If I select 6 – it shows 4, same for the Bakery composer builder. ( I also tried via cusomizer – Products per row – same. BUT if I select 6 (in theme options) it shows 4… Is this a bug, or what else?

It must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, please clear the server, site and browser cache and check back otherwise, contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check and solve it for you on your site.
Thanks, I guess I will, since it’s definitely not a cache issue.. all the other changes I do in theme options take effect right away , right away. But When I select 4 ,it immidiatly shows 3 , when I select 6.. it immediately shows 4 products in the row… I’m trying to move a website from flatsome theme to Porto.. and probably the issue… I was hoping to get an easier solution… But oh well… Thanks anyways.

Hi, i couldnt figure out the “Members Widget”. Seems like it doesnt work for me. Im trying to create “Our Authors” page for book store demo. Is there any way or demo for me to create that kind of page? Simply i want to list my authours and basic link for their products.
And also i need to download my Book Store demos “About Us” page again. How can i do that without losing any of customizations that i made previously? (new pages, changes in existing pages etc.)

No, you understand it wrong, First of all, you have to understand that Member is the Custom Post Type and you can show your Members and their overviews/description using Member Custom Post Type, and then click on it, you will be able to show the Single Member Page with Description, but you can not show the linked products with that Member using Member Custom Post Type as Products are the default functionality of the WooCommerce plugin and it does not have any link with Member Custom Post Type.
So if you want to create your site as Vendor site like different vendors can sale their products on your site then you have to use MultiVendor plugin like Dokan, it is Included in the Theme package as well and you can Install and Activate it on your site from Appearance >> Install Plugins.

Hi. Where I can add some new members or edit existing ones to Porto Members element? I was using a old version of Wordpress and Porto and I had a Members button in the admin panel but now, after I update Porto and Wordpress (I’m using lastest Porto version and Wordpress 5.4.2) the members button of the admin panel has dissapear (the same thing with Portfolio button).

This seems to be the SSL certificate issue on your site.
Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPs if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPs from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

Just ran the new theme update an hour ago, now all my sites and the “QUICK VIEW” CSS are completely messed up. Also no changes take effect when switching from one Woocommerce Product Layout to another. Total garbage.

Really sorry for the inconvenience but this is not true at all, we always test the update several times before release, and the issues you are talking about is not the Theme issue, you can check it on my test site here with the very latest Theme and plugins:

It means the issues are only on your site, and that may be your own Customization which generates these issues on your site, so if you are using Child Theme then Activate Parent Theme and check back.
OR
These issues maybe because of the third-party plugins confliction, please deactivate all the third-party plugins and check back your site after removing the server, site and browser cache or on the fresh new browser, If this solves your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.
Otherwise, please take the complete backup of your site and remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and share your site WP-Admin Login details and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the plugins and on-site Customization as well so that our experts will check it for you on your site but after extending your support extension because your 6 months of support period is expired from 09/01/2020. Incorrect. After watching these boards for quite some time, I know it is always your official position to defray responsibility for theme breaks from yourselves…to us as customers. Fact is, your update is causing CSS issues with Woocommerce, and because of that, we ran a full backup restore of our sites that use this theme…and just like we thought, they work properly.
For awhile now, we’ve not trusted your updates to include the newest additions to Woocommerce, so we run a full backup every day and never run theme updates until our team has tested things out for real. Yesterday a team member here broke protocol and updated anyway: lesson learned.
You see, we in the field CANNOT go down for business with a broken theme, but apparently your developers don’t seem to have this same sense of concern.
You do have a good theme, it’s why we purchased in the first place. But stop with the derfrayed liability bullshit and just keep this thing up to speed with updates on the most used ecommerce plugin on the planet. Can you do that for us!

The theme which your providing is really nice, But we are facing a problem with theme support even though we have a paid support. We never ever faced before like that. As we are reputed company in Kuwait we are looking forward health relation & good communication between us.
The support response is so late & Not qualitative even though I provides all credentials, and also I mentioned that our site is live. We usually receiving orders. It is too hard to restoration backup from our side in order to eliminate those inconvenience I provided all credentials.
