Hi, I know my support is expired, however, I truly hope you could help me on this matter.
A few months back I registered my purchase code with a localhost website. After that, I accidentally deleted the site and forgot to de-register the purchase code. (I can’t remember the url of the localhost site too).
Now I want to register the purchase code with my production site and it showed an error message as “Code is already registered for other domain”
Are there anyways where I can see which site was registered with so that I can replicate the site and de-register it?

We got wrong issues on the restroress plugin. That happens only with the Bridge Theme. Restropress Card is working fine, but the view on the card after adding some items is not clean. On other Themes it workes fine. How can we solve the problem. Thanks!

Thank you for the suggestion. As this option does not exist in our theme, You have to modify one of the template files. We suggest you make this modification via child theme – that way, the modification will work after the theme update and you will not change the parent theme file. First, you need to install a child theme just like any other theme (bridge-child.zip file can be found in the folder with the installation files that you downloaded from Themeforest) and activate it.
You have to connect to a server via FTP, download blog_single-loop.php file which is on the following path: wp-content/themes/bridge/templates/blog_single-loop.php Open it in your text editor, locate this piece of code:

Save the modified file and upload it via FTP into bridge-child folder on your server – the file path should be:

Make sure that the child theme is activated and check your single posts.

I have purchased a theme license for my client website and I have customized his website on my development server. Now the website is ready to go live and while I’m migrating the website to the actual domain it is saying the theme license is already used on another domain which is my development server. How can I change it?
I need 1 more license for another client and if this is the case then I will not purchase a new theme license.

I need help with my 4th level menu. When you hover over 2nd level menu items both 3rd and 4th levels show. I read in the comments and it looks like 4th level is not supported but can be fixed with css. My support for Bridge has expired. If I renew my support would you be able to help me fix my 4th level menu?

Please note that as per regular license you can only use one purchase for one domain.
You also can see on your admin panel in Qode dashboard the registration and the purchase code which has been activated. Error shows up when trying to edit a page when visual composer plugin is active. Deactivating it works normal.

Using the last update 22.4 from July 24th, Bridge Core 2.3.9 and WPBakery 6.2.0. Can’t figure it out where the problem is. Server running PHP 7.4.2, Linux.
Everything else is running without problems, I can’t just edit pages or posts when the plugin WPBakery is active.
Same problem with Elementor:

Hi. I am trying to make adjustments to a website made with Bridge Theme a few years ago by someone else. I’m out of the support deadline. The problem I find is that you have the Contact Form 7 plugin installed, it is working well on the web, but it does not show up in Visual Composer, making it impossible for me to make design adjustments. Is there any possibility of solving this situation?

Within Bridge Options > Contact form 7 you do have an option to set your contact form style. As well you do have our Contact form shortcode which you can use to place the form to your pages.
On your left side admin panel you will see Contact where you can create your forms.

Thanks for replying to my message. I know how to use Contact Form 7, I already used it with other themes. What I was trying to say is that on this site that I didn’t build but I have to make design adjustments, Contact Form 7 is already applied at the bottom of the home page. And it works fine. But when I enter to edit the Home with Visual Composer, the column inside the row where the Contact Form should be is not seen. It is a defined row with 2 columns but it only shows one, the one containing CF7 is missing. I know it’s weird, but it’s what’s happening. Unfortunately, I no longer have a purchase code to make inquiries through the Help Center.

Hi, I know my support is expired, everything has been working great since I bought the theme, but now when I go to portfolio and click on a project, it says ‘page not found’. I tried installing the theme on a test site and uploading the latest Bridge theme and when I create a new portfolio and try to view it, it appears the same thing. Hi I’m using report sheet in a 1/2 column and it looks great on desktop but it’s not quite responsive on mobile, the visual composer columns are stacking but the content on the report sheet is indented, I’ve looked at the code and it appears this is the issue:

Hi there, I have a horrible experience with your theme guys. how come switching from one theme to another can create so much problems? I uploaded your theme and your plugins and then it killed my wensite. I cannot even reach to my phpmyadmin. The people at godaddy said the problem is those plugins: Here are the plugins that are causing issues. aas-digg-digg-alternative colorful-text-widget display-categories-widget multiple-category-selection-widget social-media-icons and then they disabled them all and it gave even more errors and then they told me the theme is casuing problems. How on earth this can be possible? and why you don’t have a proper ticket support system on your website? this is such a redflag. In and every time I say submit a ticket anf it leads me to documentation. How on earth is this even allowed? where am i gonna leave my questions? carrying them to social media where everyone can see? i am really and really upset with this low quality.

Hi, on demo website I see about 500 demos, however, when I go to import in my Bridge Dashboard there is 300+. Why is this happening? Can not I get the other themes as well? The system tells me tha my theme is up to date, however I see that there are updates
