Hi There,

I’m in the process of importing a demo but I’m receiving this message:

“Please note that your server resources are not configured properly so you might run into an issue during the demo import process. Please adjust your server configuration values.”

I’m not what I need to do to adjust my server config values, or what they are suppose to be, please advise. Thx

Hello,

I’m currently setting on my new laptop a new test wordpress environment. Unfortunately, I can’t register on my test env. the theme because of it is allready is registered on my old laptop. However, at this moment I can’t acces to my old system and environment to deregister the template.

Is it possible that you guys can deregister this? Can you help me further ?

The select slider is being added on the page in form of a shortcode, so simply remove the shortcode that is called in the Page settings and add your Revolution slider instead.

Also we have checked and see that you are using the latest version of the theme and its plugins, but you can check if you have some 3rd party plugins active and try to disable them as we cannot guaranty theme compatibility since it has not been tested.

Hi! I’ve been using Stockholm with great satisfaction for years now. Updates were frequent with new updates available every 2 months or so on average, but there hasn’t been an update since December.

I’d like the new Woocommerce templates to be included and I’ve been looking at the same WPBakery update notication for ages now. When are those going to be updated?

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi, How do I change how long the image stays on the screen for homepage select slider on the Stockholm theme? Each slider image stays on for 6 seconds, which is too long.

Thanks for taking an interest! In your WP admin -> Pages -> homepage, scroll down to Select General panel, and inside the slider shortcode define slide_animation attribute – this is the time between slide transitions, in milliseconds. By default it’s set to 6000 (6sec).

this is an update question: in my wp dashboard it mentions that WPBakery Page Builder has a new version. Is this the same as Js_composer? I desactivate/ delete the WPBakery Page Builder and upload via ftp the js_composer zip? would that be correct?

Thanks for writing in! Please note that WPBakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.
