Thank you for your interest in our theme! Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

I tried changing(choosing) the Top Bar but nothing worked for me. In general no changes made are getting reflected. No Cache Plugins installed.

That depends.If for example you are making changes to the top bar in the theme panel, and the header used is a cloud header template, they will have no effect. Cloud headers have to be edited with the composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ Then you can customize them.

Hi, We are getting different menus in Main-Menu & in Sticky-Menu. We dont find option to set / choose menus for sticky-menu separately.
When we made demo import we had some dummy menus the same is showing and when we delete that Menu. It automatically chooses another Menu & also the design / css looks are not working.

Are you using a cloud header template? The sticky version of a cloud header is different from the default header version. Hi, Social counter is displaying outdated numbers for instagram and youtube. Counts are a couple thousands behind actual count. How can I fix this? Thank you

We are aware of the Instagram issue, this is currently being fixed. YouTube however should work fine after entering an API key in the theme panel https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ If there is a problem with YouTube in the counter, we could take a look at it. That option may not work with caching, even if the respective sort method is set for the blocks, the needed setting is enabled in the theme panel, and the post views are active. So if there is caching active there may be problems with it unfortunately.

I LOVE your theme, but I always dread having to update it. like today, my entire site is blown to bits and even though I’ve installed (again) all the plugins and activated them, my site is still not right. I have to spend too much time every time there’s an update to get it back. For this reason, I am very reserved about buying more licenses. I hope you can figure out a way to allow us to update a theme without having to lose what we have on the front end until we can figure out what is wrong.

what will happen if i deactivate Standard Pack plugin

The standard pack plugin is optional, so it can be disabled. However, this should be done only if the website does not use elements from it. Here is an article about it https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-update-standard-pack-or-tagdiv-cloud-templates/ The standard pack plugin contains all the predefined blocks and templates, if these are not being used in the website it can be deactivated.

If WPBakery is required for your website, you could use it. Don’t edit the same pages with both builders however. So for example a page built with the composer, should always be edited with the composer.

How can switch posts from Jannah to newspaper theme, is there any switch plugin?

Each theme usually provides it’s own post templates. When you activate a new theme you can use the post templates from it, for your posts, if that is what you mean. The Newspaper theme has quite a few post templates to choose from, you can set the ones you like for the posts.
