From mobile, whenever I use search or menu button, I see some fancy animation work. Doesn’t it slow down the website? Could you please add normal dropdown search box and menu.

There is indeed an animation when opening the mobile menu and search. Currently there would be no option to disable it. I can’t say at the moment if an option will be added in the matter, sorry for any inconvenience.

When I click on the author name in a post, it redirects me to the author page showing the posts written by that author.
Is there any way to turn off this functionality? I want the author name unclickable so that it doesn’t redirect to any author page.

You could disable the author archives, from the Yoast SEO plugin or the SEO plugin you use, most should have an option for it. For example in Yoast the setting is here https://prnt.sc/tkzms2 Disabling the author archives will redirect the author links to the homepage. There may be other solutions if you should not consider this one.

If we use City News theme PageSpeed Insights score is below 10 and its is very poor result. Kindly optimize your site and test on PageSpeed Insights.

I believe you are referring to the mobile score. Most demos don’t have the mobile theme active. When this is active the results should improve noticeably. We recommend the mobile theme to be used if possible, it can be used with AMP as well. If you should install any demo, test with and without the mobile theme, and compare the results.

Then don’t deactivate the standard pack plugin. Maybe you are still using elements from it. This plugin contains all the predefined blocks and grids, and the predefined templates https://prnt.sc/tqaxfx Without it those blocks and grids will display as code. The plugin can be deactivated but only if you use flex elements, and cloud templates fully, like when installing a PRO demo. If there is a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website, admin login, and some more details about it. We will take a look.

Hey guys, could you add pros and cons section on review, with option to add some affiliate link? And, please check the issue of cloud template with disqus comments. I am having a serious doubt, if you guys are following the wordpress standards in case of comment form on cloud template. Otherwise, it should have worked by default. Disqus comment form is being replaced by wordpress comment template. Please, mark it as serious issue, instead of just replying, we have known issue with disqus comments.

I don’t think that is possible to do, from the theme side. Maybe by modifying the single product template from woocommerce. Or with a plugin created for woocommerce maybe, that has options to add more elements/tabs there.

That one works. From what I can see there are 404 (not found) errors for some images. Were you maybe using the ionmag theme before? Please remove any plugins used by the ionmag theme, if that is the case.

The composer is a required plugin, deactivating it is not a solution. You won’t be able to install a demo for example, the option won’t be available. How exactly is the issue solved by deactivating it? Maybe I am misunderstanding. If you have sent us an email we will investigate the demo issue.

I’ve created a page but the options for singles images is limited. So, I switched from TD composer to WPBakery to see if the options were any better. I tried it but it wasn’t much better, other than being able to add entrance animations. So, I removed it again. I’ve then switched back to TD Composer and single image has disappeared from the options totally which has messed up existing single images on all pages. How do I get it back? TD composer also shows the custom css as blank with no way of typing anything and all right-click menus on rows / columns etc have also stopped working too. I’m just seeing if a new site i have to build can be done with Newspaper before i extend my support but if this has ruined my whole site I’ll have to start again; probably with Elementor. Can you please help?
Don’t worry. I’ve just uninstalled wp-bakery and this fixed everything. Won’t be doing that again. Maybe a bug here somewhere?

The single image won’t be available in the composer if WPBakery is active, there may be conflicts if it would be. The composer should work fine if WPBakery is inactive. There are a few other image elements in the composer you could try https://prnt.sc/tizcdd Maybe one of them has the options you need.
