Romania News Pro. Is it at all possible to change the background image when using Header Cloud Template? Nowhere is it possible to change the settings as if the image was permanently assigned, which makes no sense because it is one of the most visible things and should be editable.

What about the inconvenience that I am going through. All other factors of speed optimization are absolutely fine. It’s just you theme that is creating a mess. YES i WOULD LIKE TO GET THE REFUND FOR ALL THIS INCONVENIENCE THAT HAS HAPPENED..

It looks like there are 2 different child mobile themes for ads. One is with white blackground where the ad above the article disappears and another one is with black BG where the ad above the article always shows up. How to make the ads appear on both themes?

I have made some tests with the Article Inline Ads and it is working well. Please make sure that you are using the default single template and you have not imported any single template from the Cloud Templates Library because this option is addressed for all of these templates. Can you add Page Excerpts to the theme? These are just a few lines of code in Funcions.php but very important.
Why important? Page Excerpts are important for correct SEO. Without Page Excerpts the content appearing in Google search results is random and we have no control over it.
The bigger problem is the search on the site. When we search without entering the search phrase, we will see all results. When we use plugins that do not generate content such as calendar, social wall, cocial feed, file sharing, etc., we will see code fragments in search results. Page Excerpts allows you to avoid this and the user can only see what he or she should see.
It’s hard to believe that a theme as good as Newspaper has no Page Excerpts. I think all the themes we’ve been using have it: Pennews, JNews.

The latest update broke my site, with a similar error to the earlier comment by shtik. Even with a different theme activated, errors persist. I do love the theme’s design, but the extreme sluggishness was already becoming problematic, and I have a dedicated server. After seeing how fast a generic/temporary theme performs in comparison (although my site is still unable to display a single page as the home page, I have to go with “latest posts” for my site to even work), I decided not to try to fix it and give up on this theme. It seems too slow and too easy to break for me to go back, despite it’s attractive design.

This problem might have a lot of reasons. First of all, make sure that you have correctly set up the system status parameters according to our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/, check the PHP version to be 7.2 or 7.3, also, you can check with your hosting provider in order not to have some firewall which breaks the theme functionality when you load/import a template from our Cloud Library. Another reason for this problem might be your untested plugins and if you are using something like that, please disable all of these, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your wp-admin and Cpanel access so I can take a closer look at your admin set up page. Do not forget to provide there your item purchase key so I can easily identify you.

I upgraded 10.3.5 to 10.3.6 and lost my templates and all settings from version 8. Having to re-create homepage manually . Had it installed on multi site wp.

Do you have made any back up? Please note that we strongly recommend to make a full backup to your database before making any theme update. Also, if you have updated the theme from a very old version, it is most possible to lose all of these because our theme has developed a lot and the process for theme update was not gradually made.
