I have imported demo no. 25th successfully but few functionality are not working:
1. Logo is updated in theme options but still the changes are not getting reflected on FE.

Hello, I would like to know if the components in native team can work with exclusively JQuery 3 and not JQuery 1.
Our security software has flagged JQuery 1 as a security vulnerability but upgradging to JQuery 3 breaks some components.

I just bought this theme for my domain because the previous web developer used this theme for our website and left the company. When he was leaving he corrupted the backend page of wordpress and the frontend is working fine. How do I reinstall the theme I just purchased without losing the content of the front page?

You need to update the theme as the backend is broken because of the compatibility with updated Wordpress.
We have recoded theme and updated to new Envato rules so code structure is changed a lot so we have to rename the theme for version 3.0 and higher to prevent the issues related to theme files overwriting. If you download theme files on themeforest you will find dfd-ronneby and dfd-ronneby_child. Theme should be installed as new theme if you have version under 3.0.
To update the theme you need to install it as a new theme. All styling and features will be saved. Do not forget to activate the theme with the purchase code and install required plugins.
Please check http://rnbtheme.com/documentation/first-steps/dfd-ronneby-30-installation-and-activation. After switching the theme you need to recheck Menus in Appearance > Menus > Manage locations and Widgets in Appearance > Widgets as widgets can be set to default. It’s Worpdpress peculiarity and we are not able to influence on it.
Please do not forget to make site’s backup before taking any steps.

We recently updated to the latest DFD-Native Theme.
However, we are getting 2 errors when the Theme is active:
1 – REST API Error Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)
2 – Loopback error The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected. Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)
We disabled all plugins but the issue persists. When we switch to a default theme like TwentyTwenty, the error is gone.
Are you aware of this issue, and how can we resolve it?

Hi, We have two sites that are using the DFD Native theme with the WP Bakery Page Builder. Our WordPress admin section is broken and after a process of elimination, it seems that the issues has been caused by the theme and/or page builder. It seems like the CSS is broken in the backend, but the live sites are working fine. We have rolled back to a previous WordPress version but this has not fixed the issue. I’ve just looked at our account and I have noticed that our licence has expired for WP Bakery, do we need to re-purchase a licence and by doing so, will this provide support to fix the problem? As for the creating the multilingual site you have to use the translation plugin, e.g:
WPML – plugin documentation in Getting Started Guide here. Polylang – plugin documentation https://polylang.wordpress.com/documentation/ The translation within them is not automatic, you simply create a new page or copy the existing one and replace the content in another language. Within each plugin, you may create a separate menu for your English version and for example menu for the German version of the site.
Both of them are compatible with our theme. Please follow the documentation of the plugin you’ll be using.

Hi – there is a small problem with the ‘Tabs’ module on a mobile phone.
If there is a lot of content in each tab, on a mobile phone when you click the next Tab, the Tab opens at the bottom of the content instead of the top – which means that mobile users need to scroll up to reach the start of the content on the new Tab.
For example: - Mobile user clicks Tab 1 - Scrolls through the content and reaches the bottom of Tab 1 - Clicks Tab 2 - Tab opens at the bottom of Tab 2 content and user needs to scroll up to see the start of Tab 2 content.
Is there a way to fix this as it is very annoying for users on mobile phones. Thanks!
