Please kindly consider breathing a new lease of life into Burst Theme by making it compatible with Elementor Page Builder. As far as I am concern Burst Theme is still a masterpiece, but 5 years old now and things has moved on a bit, WPBakery Page Builder simply doesn’t cut it, so it’s only fitting that a timeless masterpiece like Burst gets a well deserved update with Elementor Page Builder. If you do, no doubt it will attract lots of new customers.

I have installed the theme, and plugins but the top slider on “Colorful Home” is not visible. When I go to the page it says it says “no slider found” in the LayerSlider ID field. Why is this happening?

I suddenly got two mobile menues (2x three horizontal lines on each side). How do I get rid of one of the menu elements?
I like the menu when the site is scaled down to mobile size and the menu is white with the three horizontal lines. How do I keep it this way even when the site is scaled up and the menu have turned into a transparent element? In other words, I want to keep the mobile menu even on full screen desktop.

Can you possibly do that any harder? Reading instructors, download license certificate & purchase codes, register accounts, and now I’m waiting to get the email that lets me activate the account. I have not got the email and I have checked the spam folder. And there are no “resend” button. Surprise. It just say “Your account has not been verified yet. Please check your email in order to verify your account and complete the registration.”. It’s probably easier to hack into a bank than getting support from you guys.
Ah, of course. Your verification email software only send emails to gmail accounts. Great move for doing this even harder. Now I’m finally through, just spent half a day on this.

Hi I’ve purchased the theme long time ago and I’m a happy customer.
Unfortunately I’ve been running into some issues lately. I’m using split screen with several pages. I have some extra pages that do not appear in the split screen but can be accessed through the menu. Recently when I click on a item in the menu it doesn’t open the page. I only see the preloaded running and it never stops.

Once we test this on our end we do not have this issue at all. However, bear in mind that you need to add all interactive elements, like links and forms to one side of the split slider. On the right side, you can add images and regular text.
Also, you can navigate to Mikado Options -> General -> set Page-Transition to No Animation. In addition, you can enable the Page Loading Effect option below, to have a similar loading effect:
After that clear the browser cache and check your pages.
So please try with that.

Unfortunately no, we don’t have HTML versions of our themes. Good day Mikado VerticalSlider in house 6, does not work correctly in chrome in 50% of cases, but always works in IE. Testing took place on 10 different devices, different architectures, and different browser builds. Unfortunately, the bug is not correlated in any way. But it needs to be fixed.

I purchased this theme two years ago. I believe on August 15, 2018. There are some issues with the site that we built and my programmers are saying I need to latest version of Burst. Hi. I love the theme but I’m struggling to do something that is normally really simple! I have full screen menu set, which is great. However, the logo (in the header when full screen menu is CLOSED) is stuck in the centre. I want the Hamburger (to activate full screen menu ) in the left corner (which it is, so that’s great) and the logoi in the right hand corner (which it is NOT). I can’t seen to move it from the centre of the screen. Any tips?
