I ve almost finished making the website for my client using your theme with WP Bakery, and I am quite sure my client would use Elementor more easily, but is it worth it to try to switch from WP Bakery to Elementor?
Does it imply a lot of work to migrate my pages which use WP balkey shortcodes to Elementor ?
Will you document the transition for the multiple customer which are probably thinking about it ?
Hi, thank you for your request. WPBakery and Elementor are not compatible with each other. WPBakery uses the shortcode principle, Elementor not. So there are no automation tools to migrate. The only way is to make it manually. The question is how much customization did you make? In case you have used our prebuilt demos and only replaced images and text, so you can recreate it in Elementor very fast.
hi, im triying to configurate the size of my logo correctly, i read the documentation and doesn’t work. my logo size its 3 times larger as the size i set in “Desktop Logo Width For Non-Retina Screens”. and not work i see it pixelated. i need help

I purchase the theme some time ago and use it, however I decided to redesign my website and set up new wordpress installation upon deleting the old site.
However now when I try to activate the theme is says: ” You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key. I deleted the old site, so I should have only one instance of the site running but seems like I can’t, upon activating it once the code does not work any more…
Should have I disabled the activation somehow before deleting the old site, this is the first them I have the following issue..

How do I position the logo on a mobile device? Right now it appears too low. But when you scroll down it is centered inside the header. I am looking for the CSS but all I see is img.small or site-logo. When I add the CSS it doesn’t seem to do anything. Can you tell what the CSS ID is for the mobile logo please?
This is something I reached out to you for during my support but the small mobile break point at 320 px was not fixed.
I myself though am just getting around to reask you about this. So I don’t fault you for anything, I know you have other support request. I really just need to know the ID and how to only change the position of the logo on mobile 320 px or smaller without changing the on scroll logo position.

I can figure that out, can you also tell me the CSS ID for the logo? As I mentioned above I have tried several ID’s provided by google developer tools but none seem to do the trick. Need to make the logo on 320px mobile device taller without effecting the size on larger mobile break points.

How do I make it so that when you scroll down the page the menu doesn’t get larger? It seems to grow, has some ind of animated header that make it larger when scrolling.
