I have tested it in deep and finds the same issue as you reported, The Filters on Shop/Category Archive Pages Sidebar on Mobile (IOS) is not working fine, I am forwarding this issue to the development department for testing it in deep and try to solve it with the upcoming updates of the Theme. So, please be patience that that and we are sorry for the inconvenience at this time.

This issue has been resolved with our last update of the Theme, I have personally tested it on my Iphone and also the customers faced this issue with their Iphone devices also confirmed the issue has been resolved now.

Please delete the Porto Functionality plugin and again Install it from Appearance >> Install Plugins and then try to check the site on any other Iphone device on a fresh new browser or after removing the browser cache, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Sorry to say that but we do not have such package, you can contact Envato for it, by default you can only use the single license of the Theme on a single site/domain. If you want to use the same Theme on 10 differents sites then you have to purchase the 10 different licenses of the Theme, This is Envato Policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Ok. When I put a test block into Content Top area, it breaks layout. I supposed that test block should be under header menu but it is overlayed on header menu when the page is home. Can you fix it?

That Banner is the Global Banner for Shop/Category Archive Pages, If you want to change that Banner with any other Banner when changing the Category, then you have to create new Banners and edit the particular Category on which you want that Banner to show and simply use Category Options to show that Banner as simple as that so yes you can do it.

You have to change it using Custom CSS, Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check your site after removing the browser cache, and you can change the color in the given code as per your requirements.

I have enabled my site for google and I have seen that in some parts of the descriptions of my site there are no spaces and it really looks bad, here an example between the author and date, this has not happened to me with other themes and I use very few plugins, will they correct it at some point ?, do you have any option to correct this.

This is not the Theme issue and nor our Theme has any influence on it, This is purely related to SEO and you code that you have added for enabling Google on your site, Please recheck that code with your developer or Google developers and ask to solve this issue for you or you can try with Yoast SEO plugin as well as it is fully compaitable with Porto WordPress Theme.

I purchased this theme in 2018 and I have been using it since then.

Today I disabled Revolution Slider just to run a speed test with Google’s PageSpeed Insights Tool (which confirmed that the slider is negatively impacting the score given by Google).

Anyway, when I wanted to enable the Revolution Slider plugin back, it turns out I cannot and here is why:

- there is no option to enable Revolution Slider, instead it tells me that it requires update

- in order to update this plugin, I am informed that I have to ‘register’ the theme.

- when I go to the theme registration window, I input the purchase code I got when purchasing the theme and I get this error: “Sorry, it could not connect to the Porto API server. Please try again later.”

Now, I feel a bit lost here, hence my contacting you for suggestions. I am not sure I understood correctly, but I thought I would get access to future updates when I purchased the theme in 2018. Is Porto API Server error connected to the fact that I no longer have customer support active ? Should I purchase I new customer support package in order to be able to register Porto ? Thank you

This is because you are using the old version of the Theme, First of all, you have to update the Theme and then try to activate the Theme again, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

Thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately, there seems to be a misunderstanding and I will explain what I mean: -You said the issue I am encountering is caused by me using an “old version of the theme”. -I am using version 5.4.2. According to the Changelog (https://themeforest.net/item/porto-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme/9207399), version 5.4.2 of Porto was released on July 29th 2020. On August 8th, when you replied to my question, version 5.4.2 of Porto was the latest version. -Conclusion: It is therefore impossible that my theme could not be registered through the wp-admin interface due to the fact that it was old, given that it was the latest version already. In any case, I tried again today and it could be activated. It looks like it was only a temporary “software glitch” on your side. I am surprised by your “diagnostic” though…

Lastly, regarding your request to renew support, I would like to restate what I mentioned in my initial message: I did not post a request to get free help from you, I posted a question regarding whether the option to have the theme registered expired once the support expired or whether the option to keep the theme “registered” is ongoing after the support expires.

Shop/Category Archive Pages: 300×300 Single Product Pages: 600×600

And you can change/set it from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images as showing below:

This is the default functionality of the WooCommerce new version as it does not provide the option to set height for the product image. it automatically resizes the image based on its width you set.

Can you please see ticket #98360 as your support has marked it as resolved, however it is not.

While I understand that you are busy with support requests and that many are for repeated issues, some of us take the time to diagnose first before asking for help.

In our case, after trying to diagnose the issue ourselves, we even escalated to 2 teams of advanced support from the host with them taking the time to verify they could replicate the issue, despite also following the steps from your “solution” ((14) Unable to change color settings or Setting from Theme Options – Cache Problem) PRIOR to contacting you. When we, your paying customers, spend a few hours without success to try to diagnose/fix, and then receive a subsequent reply 3 days later that is a canned response based upon your support just reading the subject line, it is honestly infuriating to say the least.

Please ask your support team to actually read the support request in full, not just the title.

So deactivate all the third party plugins from your site, and remove and deactivate all sorts of server cache and if you did any Customization in the Core Theme files then remove it as well and finally save changes again and check back your site, Hope this will solve your issue and if not then try to test the Theme on any other server on a fresh new WP, I am sure you will not finds this issue as this is not the Theme issue, otherwise, it must have to appear on my test site and all the other customer’s sites as well.
