Hello Edge-Theme,

I have a general question: I have a license for WPBakery Plugin, in my case i can take WPBakery Updates. But my question: If i update the WPBakery Plugin, will it work with the Player X Theme or it can be a problem maybe? Like now, your theme is not updatet since 1 year, for that reason i ask you.

I dont know how big the update effect on the theme is.

Hello Edge-Themes

I have a question about Cart in Mobile. Normally in the Browser (Desktop) you will also see the Cart on the top of the Website, so the user can click quickly to go to the cart.

But in mobile i cant see nowhere the cart widget. I was contacted from a customer, that he cant find the Cart where he was added the product for buying. Then i told him that i have added a Link in the Menu for Cart. But its not user-friendly.

How can i add the Cart in Mobile?

I check the Documentation, Your demo, but it seems you have forget that. Usually every Webshop have the Widget also in Mobile.

In Appearance > Widgets > Mobile Header Widget Area you will be able to add your cart widget.

I try to connect the instagram account but… {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Invalid scope field(s): basic”}. I find ina post that: UPDATE The remaining Instagram Legacy API permission (“Basic Permission”) was disabled on June 29, 2020. As of June 29, third-party apps no longer have access to the Legacy API. To avoid disruption of service to your app and business, developers previously using the Legacy API should instead rely on Instagram Basic Display API and Instagram Graph API . Please request approval for required permissions through the App Review process.

Legacy API user identifier available on Basic Display API until September 30, 2020 To assist with migration, we have temporarily made the unique user identifier from the Legacy API – ig_id – available on Basic Display API. However, the ig_id field will be deprecated on Basic Display API on September 30, 2020, so please ensure you are using other fields (e.g. the Facebook “id” field) or your own unique identifier for your users. See our developer documentation here to learn more.

User Token Generator If you’re only using the Legacy API to generate tokens in order to display your Instagram Feed on a personal website, you can use the Instagram Basic Display API’s User Token Generator to continue generating tokens. The User Token Generator does not require App Review, but it will only work for your owned Instagram accounts (i.e. accounts for which you know the login credentials). Refer to the developer documentation here to learn more. If you’re using the Legacy API to display multiple accounts on your website, then you must apply for permissions to Instagram Basic Display API via App Review. If you’re using the Legacy API for any other use case, you must apply for permissions on the Instagram Graph API platform via App Review.

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out.  You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out.

However we have tested our theme with the latest version of WordPress and we can confirm that it is compatible.

Hi, I recently purchased your theme. I’m having trouble with few things

I recently purchased and registered a copy of this theme and it had a few issues installing so I had to reinstall the theme but now when I go and try to register the theme, it says its already registered to another domain, even though the domain is the same.

Pre-purchase question: Does the template has the functionality to create and manage a tournament form the wordpress admin?

Thanks for taking an interest! A tournament can have as many matches as you like, as well as you will be able to add teams and players as well. Also, you will see on the tournament page all, upcoming and finished matches. You will be able to add those through the WordPress admin yes.

I have a simple question. We are interested in buying the template. I just would like to know if the results and matches list is configurable for battle royale games. So is it configurable to show only the team name and logo instead of the opponent?

Thanks for taking an interest! On every match you do have Team one and Team two, which if filled will create the opponents. There is no option within the theme to have only one team without the opponent unfortunately.
