Default logo image which is displayed on this site is called in class “normal” in the code. I’d like to display in the mobile resolution different one. In the “Select Option” in “Logo” section I have loaded few logotypes. I don’t know how to set up one of them to be displayed in the mobile view. Could you help me please?

I’m also having trouble with WPBakery Page Builder 6.2.0 or Elegant Tabs 3.6.2. I do have the latest theme update 5.2.1 but our tabs and buttons below on this page https://lonesomevalley.com/newresidentportal/#!calendar have completely stopped working. I have copied to staging to see if there is a conflict with any plugins by disabling all of them but WP bakery ones – still not resolved. When I switched to the 2020 theme i see the tabs working so I think it is a theme conflict. See staging test site here: http://lonevalstaging.wpengine.com/newresidentportal/#!calendar I even tried adding the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin to see if that helped since the WP update 5.5 has somehow caused issues with jquery.

by optimizing the mobile version of my page, I just realized that it does not display my custom fonts. They are just replaced by fallback fonts. Do I need additional css code for mobile? Or how can I have the same fonts as on desktop version displayed there as well? I have uploaded the fonts and defined them in css as well as used the Custom Fonts element on some pages.

Thank you, I’ll check it out and see if I did something wrong with the fonts. I just don’t know what’s going on since yesterday. Not only are the custom fonts messed up on the desktop version as well now, some working, but the h1, h2, etc. defined in css not anymore and I also discovered that the code part I used to remove the “in” on portfolio overview, does not work anymore. I did not change anything and the “in” suddenly became visible again. How is this possible?

As for the project category you can try with this code, add it in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

Hi thank you, I did not want to remove the whole category, but only the “in”. I figured it out by adjusting the code and put it in the direction, you told me. Before it worked with putting the CSS to Select Options / General / Custom CSS, but in this case, it did not. Only when putting it to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, like you said it worked. I’m fine for now I don’t need a ticket, just one more general question. Is there really a difference between putting the code to Select Options / General / Custom CSS vs. Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and if yes, what is the difference?

I purchased your Stockholm theme and am running v5.2.1 with child theme v1.1. We are also running WordPress 5.5. There seems to be a glitch with compatibility issue. ONE ISSUE: The MasterSlider (current with v3.5.8) wont load so that we can update the images in the Slider. Please advise.

An error notice red bar appears on the plugins pages after the latest WordPress 5.5 update. When is this going to be fixed?
Also, since the latest WordPress 5.5 update when Defer Render-blocking JS is enabled with a caching plugin it will completely break the site. The errors are being thrown from the theme files.
Are you no longer updating this theme? Have you discontinued it? There hasn’t been an update since December 2019.

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
On your end, it seems like this is a conflict with the cashing plugin, please note that we cannot guaranty compatibility with our theme as those 3rd party plugins has not been tested with our theme.

Not sure if this response is relevant. Just pointing out that after testing Stockholm on multiple sites and multiple hosting environments that the theme is indeed NOT Wordpress 5.5 compatible.
If you update and go to Plugins you will see all kinds of red error bars on that page beside each plugin. I can switch to a different theme and everything works just fine.
Also if you have a caching plugin installed, it doesn’t matter which one, and Defer Render Blocking JS is enabled it will completely break the theme and throw all kinds of error from the theme.
Just saying you may want to make updating this theme to be compatible with WordPress 5.5 sooner than later. My support has run out so I can’t put in a ticket. I’d be glad to send you an email with logins.

Could you please send us a screenshot on which element you want to remove from the comment form, as we are not quite sure.
Anyway to edit the contact form you can always edit your Forms in Contact admin tab, find the form and remove any field you wish from there, of course you do need to save the form in order to apply the changes.
